1. Walter Mitty
For those who don't know; Walter Mitty is a fictional character in a short story by James Thurber, he is characterised as a fantasist, imaging a life much more exciting and glamorous than his own. Sites like Seeking Arrangement attract a lot of these types.
They're the ones who have a networth of $30 million +, enjoy jet-setting around the world and offer 10k allowances straight off the bat - but only to the extremely attractive blonde supermodel (who is most likely a Walter Mitty or scammer in her own right). The Walter Mitty's are likely to want to e-mail / text regularly but will most likely stall or cancel any real life contact. They can't corroborate or substantiate any of their claims because they're fresh off the plane from Fantasy Island.
2. Mr Quick Fix
The most prevalent type of guy to be lurking in the sugar bowl, and the one that every Sugar Baby will encounter sooner rather than later is the quick fix guy; a guy who wants naughty pictures or sex and nothing else.
This is the guy who will request to see your private photos without offering any introduction and will probably mention the words "Fun" or "NSA" in his profile. If he wants to see naughty photos, ask him to pay for them. If he doesn't cough up, move on. If he wants to meet he'll most likely offer a 'pay per play' set up and flake out after a couple of months when the sex has become boring. He won't offer ludicrous sums of money; but before you rule him out, this set up does have some advantages!
3) The Undesirables
This guy is some or all of the following; 60+, fat, ugly, emotionally unstable and has more baggage than terminal 5 at Heathrow airport. The chances are that no sane, attractive twenty something would agree to enter a relationship with this man if it wasn't for the generous allowance and lifestyle he can offer - and he knows it!
While this guy might be willing to give you a $5k + allowance each month; he will also want to hold your hand in public, kiss you, introduce you to his friends (as a couple), have slow, passionate sex with you, he'll want to share his inner most secrets and most importantly he will want you to desire him and lust for him. Are you really that good at acting? If you can stomach it, this is the most likely way you'll achieve the 'golden' allowance.
4) The Alpha Male
The Alpha Male probably works in finance, law or medicine; he works very hard to earn 'alright' money, but hasn't managed to hit the big time. He wants power and control.
He's likely to have old fashioned values which means; he may expect an exclusive arrangement, he may expect you to fit in around his schedule - even if it's at the detriment of your other commitments, if he buys you gifts - they're likely to be for brands *he* likes and he'll probably expect you to dress and behave in a certain way that pleases him.
He'll be capable of withholding gifts / allowances / attention until he gets what he wants from you. The chances are, that this guy will treat you to a reasonable lifestyle, however be warned; if you challenge him and threaten is 'Alpha' status, he'll likely insult you and move on to the next girl.
5) Predators
Some species of shark are able to detect a single drop of blood in an area the size of an Olympic swimming pool; so it is with predators... These guys have the ability to sniff out vulnerable and desperate women in a crowded sugar bowl.
These guys target women who are in dire need of money and have been too honest about their financial situations. The predator will entice you with offers of enough money to pay off your debt and alleviate your struggles, however; before he gives you this, there's something you must do... maybe it's a gang bang? Anal fisting? No condom? Whatever it is, it will be degrading and risk your health and personal safety.
If you actually go through with his obscene proposal, there will be an excuse why he can't provide the money now (he might throw a $100 or so your way) but 'if you're willing to meet him again, he'll give you the money then'.
6) "I'm not a cash machine"
Not every Sugar Daddy wants to hand over a monetary allowance, this is their prerogative! If this isn't what you want, there's no need to get angry with him and call him 'salt', just politely explain you're looking for different things and move on. If you're going to try and change his mind, make sure you have some good reasons for him to do so.
7) Mr. Right
Believe it or not, there are Sugar Daddies that are attractive, rich, respectful and genuine. They tend to be quite hard to find, but with a bit of persistence entering into an arrangement with Mr. Right is more than possible.
