Chapter 2 : Working At Anteiku

Here's chapter 2~~~~
Well, I know the last chapter is a bit boring, and a bit long? I guess. Anyway, I'll make this chapter better and a little shorter. Please enjoy~~~~ :D

Kaneki was in his room studying, and his phone vibrated. "Hm? Hide?" He turned it on, and saw a text message.

Hide: Kaneki, you got a job?
Kaneki: The news spread fast, yeah. How did you know?
Hide: Touka-chan posted it on the Anteiku fan page.
Kaneki: Anteiku has a fan page?
Hide: KANEKI PLEASE PUT DOWN THOSE BOOKS AND SPEND SOME TIME ON THE INTERNET!!! YOU'RE BECOMING A CAVEMAN!!!
Kaneki: Lol Hide I will.
Hide: YOU KNOW WHAT LOL MEANS??
Kaneki: Really funny. I'm going to bed. See you tomorrow.
Hide: 'Kay. Bye, caveman.

He finished texting and went to bed.

"How much is 1000 minus 7?" Said Jason. Kaneki was crying. "Nine......"

Clink!! Blood splattered on the floor.

"I can't hear you!!" Said Jason. "Nine... hundred..." Kaneki tried to scream, but he couldn't control himself.

Clink!! More blood splattered on the floor.

"How much?? How much?? HOW MUCH???"

Clink!! Clink!! Clink!!

"URRGGHAAAAAHHH!!!" Kaneki woke up from the nightmare. "Why the hell am I having that nightmare over and over again??" He muttered, panting. He looked at his clock.

7 : 13 a.m.

"Holy crap! I'm gonna be late!" He got out of his bed and did his routine in a rush and hurried to school. On his way he met Hide and the two ran to their school together and made it just in time. The bell rang right after they reached their classroom.

"Close call, Kaneki." Said Hide, panting. "Yeah, a really close one." Said Kaneki, and their teacher, Amon, walked in.

"The first thing we're going to do today is review what we've learned yesterday." Said Amon, taking out a pile of paper. Everyone groaned. "I know today's the second day of this semester, and there's still a month to your first monthly exam, but if you really want to get in a good university, you'd better start writing now." Everyone took out their pen and did what they were told.

After about twenty minutes of doing the quiz, everyone handed in their paper and Amon started to teach the next lesson. Kaneki thought it was easy, since he'd previewed it yesterday. He was wondering what Touka and Yoriko were doing right now, and as if only seconds had passed, at least to Kaneki, the bell rang.

"Kaneki!! You gotta help me!! My head will explode if you don't help me out!!" Shouted Hide, grabbing his shoulder and shaking him.
"I will, Hide, calm down, everything's gonna be alright." Said Kaneki. "And the next class's PE, that should cheer you up."
"Oh, really?? Nice, let's go get changed!" Said Hide, smiling again, and the two headed for the changing room.

"Hey, looks like we're gonna have PE with the 11th graders." Said Hide, pointing toward two girls. Touka and Yoriko just came out of the girls changing room and were walking toward the exercise yard.

"Hi, Touka-chan, Yoriko-chan!" Shouted Hide. The two turned back and waved at them. "PE too?" Asked Touka. "Yeah, wanna have a ball game later?" Said Kaneki. Hide and Touka laughed.

"What?" Asked Kaneki and Yoriko. "Let's have a dodge ball game later. What do you say?" Said Touka, smirking evilly. "Oh crap...." Thought Kaneki. Hide was still laughing beside Kaneki. "Hide! Stop laughing! You gotta help me!!" Shouted Kaneki, grabbing his shoulder and shaking him.
