We walk inside to see two people standing with guns, masks on their faces, pointing them at Tara, Marcus, and I, but not Dr. Hale. Underneath the guards is the outline of a square, a trapdoor, and is hard to spot, but still noticeable.

"Are these the new subjects that you're trying to save?" he asks Dr. Hale, who nods his head. "Let's get them inside then," the one to the left says and takes off his mask, exposing his light brown hair, light green eyes, and neatly groomed face.

The other stays guard stays there, mask still on, gun now pointed at the door. He doesn't say a word, and is starting to freak me out.

We follow the first guard into the trapdoor, leading us down into the dark sewers. The guard brings his wrist close to his mouth and starts to speak, "Turn the lights on in the sewers, David is back," he finishes.

I look to Dr. Hale and tilt my head, "Your name is David?" I ask him and he smiles and nods. "Huh," I respond, the name suits him.

The lights in the top of the sewer come on, making me squint before my eyes adjust to the brightness. The sewer is tall enough for all of us walk without bending down. As we continue to walk I feel dizzy, but don't say anything about it.

"How much further?" I ask the guard and hold my head, trying not to bring attention myself.

"Not much further, we have to take a couple more turns," he says, not slowing down at all.

"Okay," I respond and start to lose my balance.

"Are you okay?" Marcus asks me, and I nod my head, making me even dizzier. "You're walking like your drunk," he continues.

"I just feel dizzy that's all," I say to him, upset that I wasn't able to hide it so well. "Let's just keep going."

Marcus doesn't respond, instead he just continues to walk, and so I do the same, putting my hand back by my side.

We continue to walk until we reach a big silver door with a keypad on beside it. The guard types six numbers into the keypad before the door opens, allowing us all to enter, and exposing us to a big room filled with tables, and sitting at those tables are people eating food.

All of the people's heads turn to us, some with a smile on their face, others looking annoyed that we interrupted their meal.

"Attention," the guard says, "These are our new rescues who will now introduce themselves."

Tara, Marcus, and I stare at him before Tara speaks.

"I'm Tara, or subject B-193," she says and looks at Marcus to speak next.

"I'm Marcus, or subject A-96," he says, before everyone looks to me for my information.

"I'm Aria, or subject A-486," I say quietly, but loud enough for everyone to hear.

The crowd erupts into a chorus of whispers gradually getting louder until everyone returns to their meals.

"Why don't we get you guys some showers and clean clothes," the guard says, "and by the way, my name is Fred," he says and smiles to us.

"Can we also get some food?" I ask him, holding my stomach as it growls.

"Yea, come on," he says and leads us out of the room that we were just in and into a hallway with a lot of doors in it.
