i rolled over in the empty space where embry should be but instead he was off with the boys "embry?" i called out knowing i wouldn't get a response, i groaned and crawled out of bed, i knew i would be cold in the morning but i ignored that thought and slept in embry's t-shirt and pair of underwear. which i regret know. i got the goose bumps when the cold morning air touched my bare legs. i shivered and grabbed embry's sweatpants off the end of the bed and quickly slipped them on, i had to tie the strings that dangled down in the front so that they didn't fall off my small frame. i didn't hear nicole crying so she must still be asleep, i walked out to bathroom and peed, when i stood up and looked in the mirror, my hair was tangled and my skin was pale as were my lips, i looked sick..i look like i didn't get any sleep at all, i tried to stop my eyes from traveling down my body but failed, i pulled the tight shirt up and looked at my stomach, i hadn't noticed the bump i was starting to gain, i started to panic and opened the door and ran out of the room, i had to get something on before embry got home, i looked around the room frantically in search to find something to cover this "i'm not ready, i'm not ready i'm not ready!" i mumbled as i grabbed the clothes off the ground and through them out of my way and dug through the dressers, finally i found a baggy sweatshirt, i quickly put it on and ran back to the bathroom, i ran a brush through my hair, brushed my teeth, then i walked out to the kitchen, embry would be here in about an hour and i'm guessing her will most likely bring the boys so i decided to get started on cooking knowing they would be hungry, i sat there zoning out as the boys had their conversation on a topic that i wasn't paying attention to, i didn't notice that my eyes were on embry as i sat there motionless, i want to tell him..i was about to ask him if i could talk to him alone but i stopped myself. and then i did it again but stopped myself "wow bells, gettin' kinda squishy" paul said while poking my stomach that was exposed due to the hoodie that got rolled up when i sat down, i pulled it down and looked at him, embry gave him a death stare "what?" he asked "what do you think ass hole?" paul shrugged and looked away and continued his conversation with jared, i looked up at jake who was glaring down at me with a strange yet serious look, embry noticed and furrowed his eyebrows at me and i looked away only to meet kim's eyes, she gave me small smile, returned it and looked down at my stomach and sighed, i really need to do something about this "bella" i looked up, embry was now standing right next to me looking down at me "bella can i talk to you outside?" i nodded and got out of my seat and walked to the door with him, i was greeted with a gust of icy wind, i wrapped my arms around myself an attempt to keep warm, embery sat in front of me glaring out at nothing for a minute "embry" i placed a hand on his hot shoulder, he turned his head and looked at me with a dark glaze "what's going on between you and jake?" i looked at him confused "what do you mean?" i asked "what is with you and jacob?" he repeated "nothing what made you think there was something 'up' with us?" he kept his cold dark glare without making eye contact he just had his head turned looking off at the dark forest "on patrol" he started, oh fuck "i thought i saw something in jake's mind, i wasn't sure what it was at first, i saw a girl and at first i was upset seeing him with another girl when he has nicole..but then i saw her face.....and how she looked like she was enjoying it" fuck fuck fuck "embry.." i started but he began talking again "bella." there was a long pause and i was afraid to talk "did you?" i looked at him "enjoy it?" i shook my head, i can't believe jake let him see that "embry i di- i- i never kissed him" i said in a stutter "did he?" i didn't know what to say i'm not good at lying especially when it comes to embry "embry he didn't kiss me either..it must of just been a thought who knows maybe it wasn't even me in-" he cut me off "trust me i know my imprints face when i see it" there was a long pause, he finally looked at me but his expression didn't change "did you enjoy it" he said again it a stern voice "embry.." i didn't know what to to say, he bit his bottom lip, nodded his head and slowly looked away while crossing his arms he turned back towards me, i thought he was going to stop but he walked right past me and inside, i turned right in time to see his tall shaking body storm towards jake who was on the couch laughing enjoying himself not expecting a thing and i have no doubts that jake could take embry on but if he didn't see it coming a blow to the side of the heart or to the face would really fuck him up for a minute "yo embry" and paul started still laughing from whatever joke we had missed when we exioted the house "embry?" he repeated in a more concerned and confused tone, but jake didn't stop he continued to stalk towards jacob "embry!" i screamed but it was to late all i heard was the satisfying smack of flesh on flesh as jake fell onto the floor along with a large amount of blood, i could only see jake's legs and his face as he rolled over exposing his bloody pain filled face "embry!" screamed as i sprinted into the house towards ware him and jake were, embry stuck his arms out and caught me and spun me around as if i was a child so i was facing the opposite direction "let me go!" i screamed while using my elbow to hit him in the chest but it didn't do any good "what the fuck?!" paul yelled while jumping off the couch, jared just stepped in front of kim who was standing about three feet away from embry who was shaking violently with his hands tightly holding my arms crossed in front of me as if he were a human straight jacket, quil ran over to where embry was currently throwing me away from the scene and managed to pry embry's hands open freeing mine that now had bright red hand prints around the wrist, when he let go i fell onto my feet, i hadn't even noticed he even had me up in the air until i hit the ground, quil grabbed my arms and looked down at me "are you okay?" i nodded and turned back at jake embry and paul, jake was now on his feet and staring back at embry and even though embry had his back to me i knew the exact dark upset face he was making back at jake "jake!" i said while running back to where they were standing, paul was between them keeping the from tearing each others hearts out "stay back bella" paul said quietly, i looked at him, i really didn't want to 'stay away' this time i wanted to stop it, i looked at embry who refused to take his angry eyes off jake "hey" i said while taking a step towards him but he didn't move "hey i'm talking to you!" i said while inching closer to his shaking body "hey!" i said while slapping him across the face, everyone in the room gasped and looked at me then back at embry who now had his eyes fixed on me, he slowly lifted his vibrating hand and touched the scratches that were starting to bleed on his face where my nails dug into his cheek when i hit him, he looked at me with the same dark look he gave jake, what did i just do? "bella...." paul said as i started to back up, embry just slowly walked towards me, before i knew it i was up against a wall, i felt his hot breath on my face as he stared down at me "you-" he was cut off as he hit the floor, jake was on top of him holding him down "what the fuck is wrong with you man?!" jake screamed as he pushed embry's face against the floor harder while twisting his other arm behind his back "don't you ever look at her like that again!" jake yelled while pushing embry against the ground again, embry groaned, jake just sat there pushing, and right when paul took a step forward to get him off there was a loud crack followed by a scream from embry, it sent shivers down my spine, paul yanked jake off of embry, pain crossed embry's face as he layed there on the ground groaning in pain, i didn't know what to do, i was defending jake after embry hit him but then jake breaks embry's arm trying to protect me, i looked up at jake who was staring down at embry, he looked a little shocked, he was breathing hard and shaking a little "jake..." he looked up at me, we made eye contact for a second and then he ran out of the house, i took one last look at embry and then followed jake out the door, it was kind of hard to see him in the dark, the wind was still blowing and i most likely wouldn't of seen him in time if he hadn't ripped off his write t-shirt and threw it down onto the ground, he continued to walk away, i had to run just to keep up with im and his huge steps "jake!" i yelled but it was so windy that it just carried my breath away "jacob!" he stopped but i'm not sure it was because he heard me or not "jake!" said again as i approached him, i was about two feet away from him "ja-" i was cut off when he quickly spun around and his lips crashed into mine, his lips were warm and his, his saliva covered my bottom lip as he bit it harder than i was expecting causing me to let out a small whimper, he bit down harder enjoying my small crys. his big hot hands wrapped around my waist and he pulled me closer to him body until my chest was up against his "fuck" he said quietly as he lifted me up and pushed me up against the nearest object that felt like a tree, his hands traveled up my sides, i was out of breath and my mouth was getting tired from jake's non stop kissing. was he even breathing? i could hear yelling coming from inside that's when i pulled away from jacob. who didn't want to let me go, he continued to hold me tightly by the waist as he kissed down my neck "jake" i said while putting on hand on his chest and the other on his arm an attempt to push him off "jay get off" i finally got him off me, he looked disappointed that it ended, i could hear paul yelling and embry yelling back, i ran towards the house. jake was close behind "bella wait!"he called out but i didn't stop i knew that paul and embry were going to fight "bella!" he yelled again, when i got inside i saw paul on top of embry, hitting him in the face repeatedly "paul stop!"i yelled, why was jared and quil not doing anything?! i ran up to them and grabbed paul's fist that was covered in embry's blood, he was much too strong for me to stop he just continued to hit embry pulling me down to the ground with him "paul stop!" jared yelled while attempting to stop it but paul shoved him away as well making him fall to the ground, he fell down next to me, he looked up, his teeth clenched and his breathing rough "bella" quil offered me a hand, i gripped it and he pulled me up onto my feet. jared stood up to "paul!" a deep voice said, paul immediately, paul jumped up and straightened up looking at the door where sam was standing tall and tense looking down at them in disappointment and shame "what the hell are you guys doing?!" paul flenched when sam yelled at him, he shot embry a look and embry struggled to get to his feet "i asked you a question paul!" he shouted "i was trying to help" paul said "help with what?!" sam yelled back "embry was getting upset with jake and then he was upset with bella and he was gonna hurt one of them he already hit jake and i was afraid he would hit bella he was so upset" sam looked at embry then back at paul "i don't understand why you guys can't get along for five minutes without a fucking adult in the room! you act like two year olds!" he looked at me "bella explain what's going on because these two don't even know what the fuck they're talking about!" embry tensed when sam raised his voice at me "embry thinks jake kissed me and then he got upset and hit jake then paul stepped in and jake left and i went after him....but then i came back and that's when i saw paul on top of embry i don't know what exactly happened" he looked at jake "no idea" jake said taking a step back, sam looked back at the three bloody boys "bella are you okay?" he asked without taking his eyes off the boys "y-yeah. i'm fine sam...........thanks" i said while looking at embry, he had blood oozing from his mouth and nose and a small cut under his eye "alright the rest of you out! we will talk about this in the morning. you better all get a good night's rest because tomorrow you're gonna go through hell" all the boys looked down "now get out all of you!" he yelled. jake gave me one last look as he walked past me, i felt my cheeks burn up as i quickly looked away. i could feel embry's gaze burning a hole right through me as everyone exited the room "bella" sam said while nodding his head at me once before going out the door and running off into the dark night with the rest of boys etting the door slam behind him. embry walked past me glaring down at me as he walked past to the bedroom. he slammed 5the door before i could say anything i was going to sleep on the couch just to give his room i knew he was mad at me. i walked towards the couch grabbing a blanket off the back of the old rocking chair. i was about to sit down when their was a loud crash in the other room along with screaming. i jumped at the loud noise and ran to the bedroom where embry was "embry!" i screamed while frantically wiggling the door handle in an attempt to get it open "embry let me in!" i screamed as more loud noises and screaming could be heard coming from the locked door "embry! embry please!" i dropped to the ground feeling under the trim trying to find the spare key that i had hid. my fingertips ran over it and i dragged it out with my nails ignoring the pain of my nails against the ground. i dropped it when i finally got it out but i grabbed it back up and jumped up. i struggled to get the key onto the door i managed to get it in after at least thirty seconds of trying. it made it feel like hours having to listen to embry scream while trying to get it. embry was screaming while trashing the bedroom and breaking almost everything he saw "embry!" i yelled while running to him "embry please stop!" i yelled while wrapping my small hands around his big arm trying to stop him from smashing anything else but it was no use "please embry listen to me you're gonna hurt yourself!" luckily i had called charlie to come get nicole when i was cooking so i didn't have to worry about her being harmed. not that embry would purposely hurt her but he's not in the right state of mind when he's this angry. no one is "please baby you have to stop!" his fist hit the wall leaving a hole and causing a painting to fall to the ground "please!" he didn't listen he gripped the dresser tightly then shoved it causing all the stuff to the fall and then the desk came down in a big crash. i had to stop him so i did the first thing that came to mind "please embry you're hurting me!" he stopped with his fist in the air, he looked down at me his eyes were dark and still full of anger and rage "please" i whispered as the tears spilled over. he was still shaking "shhh. it's okay" i reached my hand up towards his face. he flenched when i pushed a strand of his long hair out of his face "it's okay.." i said quietly he looked at me for a minute "embry...baby what happened?" i asked while looking at his dark eyes "what did you do baby" i said while looking around the trashed room. i looked back at him but he just turned away "hey" i grabbed the side of his face and forced him to look at me. his grip tightened around my sides and his facial features hardened as he glared down at me. it was getting harder to breath but i didn't want to say something i was afraid he would just get angrier "hey shh it's okay embry you're safe" i said while letting my fingertips slowly travel down his face. i swallowed the lump in my throat "embry" i said trying not to sound like i was out of breath but i failed. he loosened his grip a little "hey you need to listen to m-" he cut me off "NO!" he screamed in a worn out scratchy voice. i jumped at the unexpected scream "embry stop it" he started to shake again "hey hey no calm down embry i'm sorry i didn't mean to upset you" he pushed me down onto the bed. i stared up at him in fear as he walked towards me "why" he whispered in a low dark voice "i-i don't know what your talking about.." he leaned over top of me "you know exactly what i'm talking about!" he screamed in my face "why would you let him do that do you?!" i moved my hand trying to push myself up a little. i felt something under my hand as i struggled to sit up. i grabbed it and pulled it up and looked at it confused. it was a zip up bag with small white pills in it. i furrowed my eyebrows then it all clicked into place. i looked at embry who was still on top of me "embry what are these?!" he looked at the bag in my hand "what did you take?!" i yeled more panicked than upset. i quickly sat up pushing him off at the same time "embry what are these?!" i grabbed onto him and pulled him to me "what is it what did you take?!" he didn't answer he just stared at me with a hint of fear in his eyes. i sat up and got into my knees and pushed his down. he started to fall a little his feet dangled off the bed but i didn't care. i grabbed his jaw firmly with one hand and then stuck my other down his throat in an attempt to get him to puke. he fought for a minute but didn't last long. he started to gag as i moved my fingers in his throat. he gaged one more time before puking all over me and the bed i let out a sigh in relief and let me hand drop down to my side. embry's body started to slump and he gave up on holding himself and fell down onto my bare legs "baby what were those?" i asked. he rolled over but remained on my lap. he didn't answer he just stared up at the ceiling in silence "hey" i forced him to look at me. his face was blank and he had saliva on his bottom lip and he was shaking not as if he was gonna shift but like he was worn out or scared and his breathing was very unsteady "what did you take embry? where did you get them?" he swallowed "i-i don't know" i shook my head "who gave them to you?" i asked while running my fingers through his messy hair "i found them" i let out a non sarcastic laugh "don't even try that on me. i just need to know where you got them" he let out a sight and his eyelids started to close a little "hey hey no you can't sleep" his eyes fluttered open "listen to me. just tell me where you got them" i repeated "i got them from this guy in town" he said in a low tired voice "how did you meet this guy?" i asked "the other day when i was in town he was outside a store" he said sounding more and more tired by the second "and what did he say?" he started closing his eyes again "hey no you gotta stay with me for a little longer okay" i said while placing my hands on either side of his warm face "he asked if i wanted to buy something from him" he said with his eyes half closed "and what made you say yes?" he shrugged "and he didn't tell you what they were?" he shook his head "no he just promised a good high that would last a while" he said in the same low voice "embry why would you trust a man you don't even know? you could of died that could've been something really bad. who knows maybe it is. why did you buy something like that? what made you do that?" he just shook his head "i-i don't know" i felt tears well up in my eyes as i stared down at him "embry" my voice broke mid sentence "bel-" he stopped right as puke over flowed in his mouth causing him to choke. i rolled him over as quick as i could. he continued pumping as i held his heavy body up. his body got heavier as his body slumped "embry?" he didn't answer "hey embry no no no don't do this to me!" i said while rolling his hot sweaty body over "embry!" he laid there with his arms extended out and his head was tipped back with his mouth slightly opened "no embry open your eyes you need to stay awake please!" i pulled his eyelid back. his eyes looked glazed over but he was still breathing i could see his chest moving "open your eyes embry call! come on!" i slapped him in the face trying to get him to open his eyes. his body jolted once followed by multiple little ones. his hands were shaking and he had blood veins bulging out on his neck and his head was back "embry!" he started puking again choking on it. i jumped off the bed and ran to the phone. who was i gonna call?! who could i call if i call the hospital then i have to give them a story and i if call sam he will kill him before the drug does. i dialed the first number i saw on my contact list without even reading it i just prayed to god it wasn't sam. when someone finally picked up i could hear laughter "haha hold up. bella what's up?" a very happy paul asked "paul!please hurry please just hurry!" i sobbed "whoa bella calm down! are you okay what's going on?!" i tried to stop myself from crying but it was no use "please help me!" i screamed "he needs help he's gonna die!" there was a loud thud and a female's voice could be heard in the background yelling paul's name their was another sound and then a voice "hello?" the small voice asked "hello?" it asked again when i didn't answer "who is this? are you okay? hello?" i hung up i ran back to embry who was still on the bed. i pulled him up into my lap pushing hair off his sweaty forehead "it's gonna be okay" i said through all the sobs. it didn't take long for paul to arrive "bella?!" he yelled as soon as he got in the house. i was to much of a wreck to answer him but i know he could hear me crying "bella!" he yelled while rushing into the room "bella what's wrong baby?!" he said while rushing to my side "h-he t-took s-s-somethin-ng" i managed to say "what what did he take?!" paul yelled while pulling him away from me "i-i d-don't kn-kn-ow" i sobbed "where the hell did he get it?!" i shook my head "please hurry paul!" he turned his attention back to embry who was still jolting around "fuck!" paul yelled "i don't know what to do!" i shook my head frantically "i-i don't know just do something p-please!" i said while taking my hand through my hair "have you made him throw up?!" i nodded "fuck fuck fuck!" he yelled. i watched as he stuck a finger down embrys through even though he already had puke all down the front of his shirt. he began puking more but it didn't seem to help much "come on you son of a bitch!" he said while hitting embrys chest with enough force to knock him over if we would of been standing. embry gave one more jolt before he straightened out and quit moving. it was silent except for my sobs of course "fuck" paul said under his breath "is he okay?" i asked "well....he's breathing. i'm not sure what exactly just happened but it would be nice..if it never..happened..again" i slowly crawled towards paul and embry who was passed out on the bed with his own puke down his neck and shirt. paul looked at me "what the hell did he take? i didn't think i've ever seen that much puke" i sniffled and handed him the bag. he looked at them for a minute "i have no idea what the hell these are. where did he get them?" i shook my head "from some guy who promised him a good lasting high" paul shook his head "idiot" he muttered while pushing himself off his knees so that he was looking right at me "you want me to stay overnight in case he starts acting up again? i have no idea what the fuck he was just doing but i really don't wanna see it again. i think he might of just had a bad reaction to it or maybe the high is more rough towards the end?" i shook my head "i don't know if he was close to coming down or not" he sighed "what happened?" i gave his the rap of everything that had happened before i had called "bells i think it will be best if i stay here overnight i can sleep on the couch if you'd like. i know our night didn't go as planned and had a very rough ending i can even sleep outside if that's what you want but please don't make me go...not when embry is like this. what if he's not finished? what if it starts up again and you can't get help or what if he wakes up and isn't in the right state of mind and hurts you?" i nodded my head "no p-paul you can s-stay with me" he gave me a light smile before rubbing his big hand up and down my back in what i'm assuming was an attempt at comfort but it didn't help with it being paul and all he's just not really good at that yet he can be sometimes but that's kinda hard to come by "come on let's get you and him cleaned up" he said while getting off the bed and reaching for my hands. i tried my best to smile through the tears and accepted his hand not yet trusting my own legs "whoa" he said when i got on my feet and started wobbling "it's okay bella calm down you're shaking really bad. it's okay i've got you" i steadyed my legs then looked up at him. he smiled still holding onto my hands and i held onto his just as tight nit that he could feel my small weak grip. chuckled slightly not sure if it was towards my effort to walk or how tight i was holding on "what?" i asked while sniffling again "you" he said smiling "what about me?" he looked away then back at me "you're try so hard but you're so small..you look a little like bambi on ice" he snickered "thanks" i muttered. he shook his head "no you humans are so weak and helpless it's kind of adorable' i smiled and shook my head "shut up" he grinned and walked me towards the bathroom, i hadn't noticed how cold it was in the house until he pulled me away from his warm body once we reached the tub "jeez bella it's freezing out to you anyways..why the hell are you in that?" he said while looking at my cloths. looked down at my bare legs that had goose bumps. all i had on was a pair of white shorts and a black tank top and i started wondering the same thing he was "i don't even remember taking my hoodie off" i bit my lip "do you do that often?" he asked while looking at me with his eyebrows raised "take your cloths off without realizing it? or is it just when you know i'm on my way over?" he said while shooting me a grin "wow lahote imprinted yet still a player" i teased "always and forever baby" he said while smiling. all the sudden i was lifted off my feet and placed on the cold counter top. paul leaned over the tub and started filling it with water. watched him for a minute "you gonna get undressed?" he asked. i huffed "um.." he turned towards me and rolled his eyes "come on bells you know i won't look" he said while inching closer with that playboy look on his face "you can either get undressed or i can throw you in their cloths and all" i raised my eyebrows at him "it's what my mama did when she had to deal with..." he looked me up and down "uncooperative children" he smirked. i mouth opened slightly before he turned around so his back was facing me "i'm waiting and so far i have not heard you slide your ass off of that counter....one..two" i quickly jumped off the counter landing roughly on my feet. i winced at the pain but tried to ignore it i really didn't need paul dropping me in the tub "ahhh that's what i wanted to hear" i could literally hear the grin creeping up the sides of his face. i quickly pulled the tank top off then let my shorts and underwear drop to the ground at once and kicked them to the side the last thing i needed was to be embarrassed because paul could see my pink panties in his walk way "okay gonna turn around..." he turned his head first and when he saw i was in the tub he smiled "okay let's get this party started" he said while walked towards me. i through a hand over my chest "don't come over here!" i hissed. he laughed "bella if i wanted to see you naked i would have walk up to you. i would have already seen you" he winked at me. i shook my head "what pink panties?" he asked. i felt my cheeks as they burned crimson and my mouth fell open. he wriggled his eyebrows at me "you were wa-" he laughed again "you'll never know" he pulled the chair from the corner of the room and sat it at the edge of the tub then sat down glaring at me "bella" he said in a low voice "yes?" i answered in a small voice that sounded frightened and nervous which earned me smile from him "did he hurt you?" he asked. i looked down at my legs and swished my hand around in the water "bella if you don't answer my there will be nothing stopping me from pulling you out of that tub and doing a full body check" he warned "you wouldn't" i said while looking at him "i won't if you tell me the truth" i sighed "no he..he didn't" i avoided his gaze "bella" i sighed "he didn't mean to he just grabbed onto my to tight that's all" he looked at me "let me see" i shook my head and wrapped my arms around my stomach that i was praying he couldn't see "what's with you lately? embry told me you won't even get dressed in front of him" i looked down again "are you okay? that's all i need to know then i'll leave you alone" i looked at him. he was sucking on his bottom lip and his eyes had the slightest bit of worry in them i couldn't ignore him "i'm fine paul" i said with a small smile he just nodded and sat back in his chair. i shivered in the cool water "i'm sorry is it too cold?" he asked i felt bad saying yes but i didn't want to sit in an icy bath either "yeah a little bit" he sat up and i quickly pulled my legs up to my chest as he reached his arm out in front of me and turned on the hot water "sorry i'm not use to human temperatures" he said with a smile. i got the goosebumps as he hovered over top of me gripping the tub from both sides as the tub filled with hot water that burned m feet a little. i tried to avoid eye contact but failed it was hard not to look up when i knew he was staring right at me. our eyes met for a split second before embry rolled off the edge of the bed causing me to jump. i looked back at his body laying on the ground "fuck" i looked back at paul who was still leaning over top of me. he had his eyebrows raised and water dripping from his face "oops" i said while sinking down into the water as far as i could without going under "thanks bells that was really refreshing" he said while wiping the water from his face "sorry" he grinned "oh you're gonna be" i swallowed "don't worry i'm not gonna do anything yet i'm gonna wait till you're not expecting it" he said with an evil grin as he pushed himself up off the tub and stood up straight. i tried my best not to giggle at him and his now wet clothes "what this is funny to you?" i bit my lip trying to hid my grin. he laughed and looked away from me "brat" he said while grabbing the sides of his white wet wife beater and pulling it off and suddenly my laughter disappeared as i stared at the half naked boy in front of me. i hadn't noticed i was just staring at his chest "umm bella you gonna be okay?" he said with a grin "yeah sorry i um.." he laughed "i have that effect on people" i blushed and turned away "you wanna get washed up? you smell like puke" i nodded my head "you need help?" i rolled my eyes "shut up paul" he laughed "fine guess i'll just watch" he said while plopping himself down onto the chair in front of the tub i looked at him "what?" he asked while looking around the room "you're just gonna watch me wash myself?" he pursed his lips and nodded slowly "i suppose so" i laughed without humor "funny paul now turn around" he shrugged and pulled his legs to his bare chest and spun around in the chair so that his back was towards me he then wrapped his legs around the sides of the chair. my eyes traveled down his back my eyes found his lower back and didn't look away for several seconds "i love the sound of people washing" paul said loudly trying to get my attention. i looked away and reached for the soap once i was done washing paul grabbed me a towel and i got out "better?" he asked "yeah thanks" he smiled "no problem.....now we just wash this thing he said while looking down at embry in disgust "we could just turn the shower of and leave him in there and go to bed" he said with a voice full of hope "no" he sighed and bent down and grabbed embry by the arm and tossed him over his shoulder as if he was nothing and walked to the bathroom i followed close behind. he walked into the room and dropped him in the tub full of my used water. embry hit his head with a loud thud making me cringe "paull!" he looked at me "he deserves it" i shook my head "you wanna stay and watch him bath to?" he snorted "fuck no" he started towards the door "oh and bella..." i turned back to look at him "if you feel like drowning him..don't hesitate" i rolled my eyes and through embry soaked shirt at him but he dodged it "ooh so close yet so far away" he said with a wink then spun around and walked out of the room letting the door shut behind him. i turned my attention back to embry who was still passed out in the tub. i sighed as i ran my fingers through his wet hair "oh embry what have you got yourself into" i whispered. after washing him up and pulling him out of the tub which then took longer needed i got a per of sweats for him and drags him to the bedroom "paul" i said when i got to the closed door. he opened it and looked down at embry and smirked "it's still ugly" i shook my head "shut your mouth and help me" he grabbed embrys arm and yanked him right out of my hands i knew he was being as rough as he could be be without breaking him. i cringed as i watched embrys arm being pulled and yanked on as he towed him towards the bed "be careful" he shook his head "even if i did break his arm off it would heal over night maybe night right but would anyone really notice?" he pulled him up onto the bed and left him as close to the edge as possible "really?" i said while climbing in bed "where are you going?" i said as he turned towards the door "i'm letting you sleep" he said confused "i won't be able to if i think you're cold and unmotorable out there by yourself.." he looked at me "fine" he walked towards me and then dropped down onto the ground "night" i looked over the edge of the bed with narrowed eyes "paul" i said "hmm?" he answered without opening his eyes "get off the ground" he looked up at me "bella i'm not taking your bed" i shook my head "i never asked you too i just don't want you to sleep on the ground" he shook his head "you aren't a very easy person to deal with did you know that?" i smiled at my victory "yeah" i said while crawling under the covers "oh and by the way i don't get 'cold'" he mocked "shut up and close your damn eyes before i close em for you" he snorted "yeah sure" he said while laying down. i turned the lamp off "thanks for changing the sheets" i said while snuggling into the bed which wasn't easy it felt like someone was pulling on the blankets. i looked back at paul who was still shirtless "i swear to god if you don't get under the damn blanket" he grinned "what will you do?" he challenged. i sighed and sat up grabbing the blanket as i struggled to pull it out from underneath him "come on" he laughed "ugh" i gave up and took the half of the blanket that i was covered with and wrapped him up with it i turned away so my back was towards him and closed my eyes. i could feel him moving and then i was surrounded by warmth as his arms wrapped around my bringing the blanket with them. i was waiting for his big warm arms to leave me but they never did. i wanted to look back at him but i tried my best not to....was it bad that i was enjoying this? i closed my eyes and focused on sleep.. which was a very very bad thing..i dreamed of paul that night.
