Chapter 21

*two weeks later*
"Genesis stay still." I say while pinning her flower to her head. It was a head piece for her flower girl dress.
"Ow mom!" She yells and stomps on my foot.
"Go to your room!" I yell and she runs off. I don't know what's gotten into her.
The wedding was tomorrow and I was freaking out. I felt like I was doing everything by myself. I call Nate so he could come over and we could go over the playlist me and Jack wanted. He agreed to being the DJ and we planned the music last minute.
I felt one of the twins start to kick, "Jack, Genesis!" I yell full of excitement. I've been pregnant for 5 and 1/2 months. Whenever one of the twins start moving around we always get together and just talk to them, as corny as it sounds its like a family meeting.
"What's up babe?"
"One of the girls is moving." I say with a big smile. He runs over and lifts up my shirt.
"Hey there little guy it's you're daddy. I can't wait until I finally meet you." He kissed my stomach, I felt a tear fall down my cheek as he hums"I Can't Help Falling in Love with You".
" awh family goals." Nate says leaning against the door frame with a smirk on his face.
"UNCLE SKATE!" Genesis practically screams and jumps in his arms.
"Hi princess." Nate says while pecking her cheek and putting her down.
"Hey y'all." Johnson comes in and hops on the couch.
"Uncle Johnson!" Genesis says loosing control.
"Okay lets get this playlist over with."

"No we're dancing to Photograph by Ed Sheeran." I say extremely irritated.
"How is our love a photograph like that doesn't make any sense?!" Jack argues back.
"It's about memories Jack! You're so complicated my god."
"Why can't we dance to My Heart Will Go On or something." Jack suggests.
"That was from the Titanic." I say rolling my eyes.
"So? It's a love story and we're in love." He says and I just glare at him, "we are in love right?"
"Seriously? How is that a love song? Jack freaking dies! We're not dancing to a song from a movie where one of them dies!"
"Nate what do you think?" Gilinsky says.
"I think you guys are complicated as hell." I just cross my arms.
"You should dance to Open Arms." Johnson says.
"Yes! By Journey. It's a classic." I say.
"Okay! Open Arms it is." Gilinsky says.
"Wow they actually agreed on something." Nate mumbled.
"You guys fight like those old couples you see in family movies. It's cute." Johnson says.
"Well I'm gonna go get ready." I start going upstairs.
"Getting ready for what?" Gilinsky asks.
"My bachelorette party. Duh." I yell back.
"How am I just finding out about this? Who's gonna watch Genesis?"
"Uhm. You are?" I say back confused.
"But the guys and I are gonna go over Nate's to watch the game!"
"Take her with you Jack" my stomach is almost getting as big as a watermelon, I wanna have fun before I'm not able to get around as much so Jack just needs to deal with it. I go upstairs and get dressed for the party my friends and I were having the house.

I'm finishing up cooking some pasta and wait until my friends show up. Jack was giving Genesis a bath and Nate and Johnson were sitting on my couch watching whatever it is they watched.
I heard the doorbell ring, "Skate can you get that ?" I say while putting the pasta on low.
"The whole crew is here." Skate said letting them in.
"What's he doing here? This is a bachelorette party." Jill says.
"Don't worry I'm leaving soon." Skate says rolling his eyes. Genesis and Jack come out all dressed.
"Daddy I forgot my pony!" She squeals and jumps out of his arms and runs back up to her room.
Jack just gives an irritated look and follows her back to the room. The doorbell rings again.
"Skate can you get that?" I say.
"Uhm I wouldn't open the -" Jill stutters but Nate already opened it.
"Yo, what the fuck get off my bro I'm straight!" I hear Nate yell.
I run out in the living room.
"Who ordered strippers?!" He yells pissed off.
"Sorry! I thought that everyone would be gone by now." Jill said. I just rolled my eyes trying not to laugh.
"Well could you give me a heads up first?! This guy full on grabbed my crotch!" Skate is probably the funniest person when he's mad. She ordered 2 pretty attractive, may I add, strippers. Sometimes I wonder who's the more mature one here. But I had to admit, Skates reaction was priceless.
"Alright guys lets...go?" Jack says with Genesis in his arms. "Lacey who is-?"
"Don't ask." I say while rubbing my forehead. "Later guys." Everyone else leaves (obviously the strippers stayed).
"This is my last night as a single woman! Let's party bitches!"
