"You look so shitty, bro." She said as he opened the door of his unit.

"Get out of the way, man." His sister said to him as she tried to push him out of the door way.

"What's your problem? Anong himala ang nangyari at napadaan ka dito?" Vice said.

"Hindi ba pwedeng binibisita ko lang ang kapatid kong mukhang shit?" Georgina said.

He rolled his eyes and walked his way through the couch where Georgina is sitting.

"Ano ngang meron? What brings you here?"

"Si mommy kasi, she told me to look after you since ako lang naman ang nandito sa Pilipinas."

"Ehh bat kasi di sila bumalik dito? Diba? Para na rin mabantayan nila yung company natin ng maigi. Hindi yung kapag may konting problema, satin tatawag ang mga staffs then we'll turn it over to them. Hassle kaya yun."

"Sira ka ba? Gusto mo bang magkaroon ng massacre? Gusto mo bang magkaroon ng news flash na kalahati ng pamilya natin ehh patay na?"

"Patay agad? Ehh bakit tayo? Di naman tayo pinapatay?"

"Hindi pinapatay? You were too close from the "six-feet-under" situation nung binaril ka sa ulo. Nagka-amnesia ka nanaman ba for the second time?"

"Psh. By the way, do you have some info about Dad's murder case? I mean, no improvements? Wala pa bang umaamin or wala pa ba silang napipin point kung sino ang may kagagawan nitong krimen na to? It has been 3 years pero parang wala namang nangyayari."

"We'll surely get there brother. Actually, may improvements kasi muling may nakuhang info ang mga private investigators. There was a name that eventually spilled out from the mouth of your shooter. Si Manuel, he's now behind bars and for now araw-araw siyang iniinterogate ng mga police and our lawyers para mapaamin na siya kung sino ang mastermind."

"But he didn't speak right?"

"Unfortunately, yes. But don't worry brother, everything will be in peace as soon as possible."

"I think I have to make a move. I think I have to help the policemen and our lawyers about our case without anyone knowing this. Well of course, except for you."

"What... do you mean?"

"Just trust me on this, Georgie. But promise me you won't tell anyone about this. Clear?"

"You can count on me, bro."

"Great. So anong gagawin natin the whole day?"

"Are you free?"

"Ahuh."

"Let's go shopping!"

"Ayan! Dyan ka magaling!"

"Sige na please! For once, samahan mo ang baby sister mo mag-shopping. Pretty pretty pleaseeeee!!"

"Oh Gahd. Stop that crap. It doesn't fit for you. Ewww." Vice saud wuth a disgusting look on Georgina. She was doing some cute faces in front of his brother.

"Bad boy!"

"K, wake up! We have to be on time for this event! Hay nako!"

Anne was slapping her ass a bit to wake her up.

"Ano ba, Annie?! Eto na tatayo na po!"

"Ikaw naman kasi eh! I told you last night na tigilan mo na yang pang-iistalk mo sa ex mong mukha namang yokaba!"

"Oy! Grabe ka naman! Ang pogi pogi kaya nun!"

"Pogi nga, iniwan mo naman."

And with that, nag-iba na ang mood ni Karylle. She was totally embarrased. Not to Anne but to herself. She felt guilty again, she felt that common feeling of regret. Regret na sana di niya iniwan yung ex-boyfriend niya.

"Uy, K. I'm sorry."

"No you don't have to be. It's my fault. Kahit anong gawin ko ako yung nanakit. Kaya eto ako ngayon, baon na baon sa kanya habang siya nasa ibabaw ko lang. Yung para bang di niya na ako kilala. Baka nga siguro nakapag-move on na yun. Or worst, baka nakalimutan na niya ako. I mean, helloooo. Its been 3 years since I left him. Pero kasi alam ko na sobra niya akong mahal ehh. Sayang."

Anne rubbed her back to comfort her. She hugged her for a second before seperating and do their morning rituals.

"You'll get over him. Soon."

"I know that you know that I can't. And I wouldn't."

"Whatever you say."
