"Hey, K! Long time no see!" she approached her and gave her a warm embrace while the other was left confused.

"Uh, it was nice seeing you, G."

"Oo nga pala, may konting handaan kasama ang buong barkada. Sama ka ah? We missed you na."

"Uh.. Kasi, ano.." she tried her best to think of an excuse but she wont.

Before she utter a word Georgina bid her goodbye and left her confused, again.

"I'll message you the details nalang! See ya!" Pahabol pa nito bago pumasok sa kanyang sasakyan kung saan naghihintay si Trev.

"Ang hirap naman kumbinsihin ni Karylle. She's a woman of excuses now."

"Uy sino pa kulang?" Bungad ni Vice na kasalukuyang kakapasok lang sa venue. No one expected him to come except for Georgina and Trev.

Vhong laughed at his friend then he remembered something.

After he left...

"Oh my gosh! Karylle!" pagsalubong ni Georgina.

"Ate, you came!" Trev enthusiastically said.

She gave them a warm smile before they headed to the table where everyone is giving her an unbelievable look.

"I guess, we're already complete." Georgina said to break the tension.

"Wait... Head count." Vhong volunteered.

"Count for me, I'll just go to the wash room." K asked G.

"Huy, nasa CR yung isa." bulong ni Vhong.

He was washing his hands when someone very familiar entered the wash room.

"Oh." he said.

Her eyes widened when he saw the guy in front of him.

"Hi, K."

"Uhm, Hello."

"What are you doing here?"

"Uhm... meeting some friends, ikaw?"

"Yun din. They didn't said they invited you sana hindi na ako pumunta."

"What? No, it's fine."

"Hmm.... CR lang ako."

"Sure."

Vice shakes his head and went back to their table.

"Hey, you." Vice called the attention of her sister.

She raised an eyebrow on him.

"Bakit di mo sinabi na invited siya dito? Edi sana di na ko pumunta."

"Excuse me, Mr. Viceral. Ikaw ang hindi invited dito. Nabanggit ko lang tas sumama ka na? Psh." she said and took another bite of her pizza.

"Wow! Kumpleto daw barkada tapos di ako invited! Ang galing ah!" he said before going back to his chair.

Nang makabalik si Karylle ay natahimik ang lahat. Their attention was shifted to the exes na kasalukuyang magkatapat sa table.

Vice needs to do something about this. He can't stand the awkward vhbe kn the place. Feeling niya sasabog na siya in any time.

"Sorry guys, something came up. I got go."

"And besides, di naman ako invited dito eh. Diba G?" he said before leaving.

Bahagyang sinipa ni Trev ang paa ni Georgina sa ilalim.

When the kid got her attention, he smirked triumpanthly.

"Alam niyo guys, hayaan niyo na yun. We're here to enjoy! Diba?" Karylle said to break the tension. At last, para siyang nabunutan ng tinik sa dibdib nang umalis na ang taong ayaw niya makita sa lugar na iyon.

As Vice went out tears came rushing down her face.

"I'm so sorry, K." G said while comforting her.

Tumayos si Trevor and made a sign to G na sumunod ito sa kanya.

"Nakita mo naman siguro kung ano yung nangyari diba? Are you still going to push through with this?"

"Ang weakling mo naman. May kasabihan tayo na 'the more you hate, the more you love." Trevor replied with a smirk.
