It was Thursday. The next day would be Friday and we had school. What was I thinking when I said I'd take Arthur out on a date? I am seriously getting extremely nervous. What was I going to wear? What was I going to tell his parents? Gosh! This was a bad idea. I put my hand through my hair. I sighed. I couldn't find anything. I sighed deeply. Then there was a knock on my door. I turned around to see it was Arthur. I smiled. "Hey." He smiled. "So I was wondering wear we were going?" He asked nervously. I smiled. "Some place you don't know." He glared at me. I chuckled. "What are we going to tell your parents?" I asked. He just looked at me. "Since we don't want them to know about this, right?" I added not sure if he wanted to keep this a secret. "Em... Sure." He said, sounding unsure of himself. I just looked at him. "I'm sorry. It's just... I just don't want anyone to know for now." He nodded. "For how long?" He asked. He really didn't want to hide. "Em... I'd say... A month. Maybe two or three." He chuckled and nodded then left. I sighed deeply. I had to make this date memorable. I decided to wear a suit I had bought but never wore. It was black. I was going to wear a white shirt under. I took a deep breath. I sprayed myself with some perfume and deodorant before walking out of my room. I walked downstairs to see Arthur and his parents there. I started panicking in silence. "Honey. This is so exciting. Arthur told us everything." My eyes widened. "Everything?" She nodded. "I'm so happy you're learning how to dance for prom." I frowned. "Prom?" She nodded. "The ball. Don't worry. We won't tell anyone." She chuckled. I smiled and looked at Arthur. He smiled. 'Thank you' I mouthed. We walked out of the house. I smiled. "If I would have known you were going to dress like that I would have worn something nicer." He said. I chuckled. He was wearing a light blue shirt with dark blue jeans. "You look perfect." I smiled. We waited for a taxi to arrive. When it did, we climbed in and waited for it to stop. It was a 30 minute drive, so it wasn't that long. I smiled as the taxi stopped. We walked out. His mouth dropped as he saw where we were. "You can't afford this." I smiled. "Savings." I frowned. "But you just planned it last night." I chuckled. "You don't plan a first date over night." I walked him into the beautiful and luxurious restaurant. He grinned. "Charlie Bradley." I told the waiter. He nodded. "Yes. Follow me." He walked us to the table 34. I pulled Arthur's chair out so he would sit. He blushed. I smiled and sat down. "You shouldn't have done this. I feel like I'm over treated." I chuckled. "For a reason." He smiled. "So I took the deliberately of choosing the meal for you. But if you want to change, then please do." I said. He looked at me. "I'll trust you and say Ok." I laughed. "I'm flattered." He giggled. The food arrived. The server took the round lid off of the pan. It looked awesome. It was smoking everywhere. I smiled. I looked at Arthur. He licked his lips. I laughed. "Ok. So still want this?" He grinned and nodded. I chuckled. Roasted rabbit. It looked so nice. It smelt so nice. The servers served us. They gave us roasted potatoes and a square of rice with veg. Gosh. It looked so nice. I smiled before looking at Arthur. He smiled back. I chuckled when he started digging in. I shook my head in disbelief and started eating. It was delicious. There was nothing better. I finished my whole plate, as Arthur finished his, and I'm sure if he wasn't here he'd be licking the plate right now. I chuckled. "What's for desert?" He grinned. I laughed. "Apple crumble with custard or strawberry cheesecake with custard!" He smiled. "Second one." I chuckled and nodded. And it was so very awesomely nice! It was like heaven. Yum! After I sighed. I was full. I looked at Arthur and chuckled. "You have some on your cheek and mouth." He frowned and tried whipping it off but couldn't. I laughed. He took his kitchen towel and whipped his mouth. I smiled. "All good." He smiled. The evening spent with him was great... And unfinished. I walked to him and pulled him towards me. He blushed. "Dance with me." I said putting my hands on his waist. His hands moved to my neck. He laid his head back on my shoulder. I hummed to the song softly in his ear. My eyes were closed. I felt so warm in his arms. I didn't want to leave. I couldn't. "I love you." I blurted out. His eyes widened as he pulled away. "What?!" My eyes widened. "What?!" I answered back. He just looked at me. "Did you say something?" I shook my head. "No. Did you?" He frowned. "It's getting late." He said heading back to our table. Damn! Why did I say that?! I sighed and took my jacket. I paid and walked outside. I called a taxi. We stayed out, waiting for it to come. I could see Arthur trembling. He didn't have a jacket. I took my jacket off and wrapped it around him. "No. Take it back. You'll be cold." I smiled. "You look good." He sighed. I chuckled.
The taxi arrived and we jumped in both in the back. I sighed and rubbed my hands together to warm up. "I told you." He said. I laughed. "I would do anything for you." He blushed. I caressed his cheek and kissed his lips. As our lips touched, both our eyes closed and his lips parted apart to let my tongue in. I smiled while kissing him. The kiss was so passionate it made my heart jump. A small moan erupted from his lips. I kissed him one more time before pulling away. His eyes were still closed. I smiled. The taxi arrived. "Thank you." I paid. "Arthur?" He looked at me. "Kiss me one more time before we can't." I said. He chuckled and kissed my lips. I closed my eyes and brought him closer to me, my arms surrounding his whole body, his feet practically on mine. I smiled. "Thank you." I said mind-blowed by his soft sweet lips. He blushed and smiled. We walked in the house.
