It was like a huge family gathering. The next day after become co workers, the Caters and Davis's decided on inviting other family members and workers and having one be celebration. I mean our house was no jet pack full. 

"Sup Mo" Cordell said tapping my shoulder.

"Hey Cordell, you look good" I said smiling.

He smiled and looked me up and down.

"You look mighty fine ya self baby girl" 

I felt myself blushing but thanked him any ways.

"You drink?" I asked walking to the punch bowl. "Your dad and mine spiked it when our mums weren't watching" I said laughing. 

He chuckled.

"Yeah hook me up"

I poured us a glass each.

"Thanks" He said taking a sip.

I gave him a little nod and decided on going outside and sat on the swing together.

"So, its gonna be crazy us working together" Cordell said starting up a conversation.

"Mhmm" 

I was suddenly distracted by Slits talking to one of dads top female workers...Cassie.

"You alright?" Cordell asked.

I looked at him and put on a fake smile.

"I'm fine, I meant to say I know, I'm happy I'm finally working with someone my age group" I said.

"Same, don't have to hear my sisters and brother order me around" He chuckled.

We continued to have a conversation when I saw Cassie get a little too close to Slits.

"Uh, I will be back" I said getting up.

"Aye bro lemme talk to you quick" I said to Demonte.

I saw my sister walking over so I pulled him away form Cassie asap.

"What's up?"

"What's up with you and Cassie?" I asked straight to the point. "What happened to Mo?"

"What happened? She only knew ole boy since yesterday and they seem real cosy so she's made her choice , she don't wanna fuck with a nigga like me" He said shrugging.

I sighed knowing and realising he was right about Mo and ole boy being close since yesterday. 

"Uh...well...I guess you right, but know if there anything up I got ya back, you pratically family"

"For real bro thanks"

We dapped and he walked back over to Cassie.

"Its Jada right?" I asked walking up to her.

"Yeah that's me" She chuckled turning around. "Your Kairen right?" She said as if she was trying to think.

"Kaiden" I said looking at her before chuckling softly.

"Right Kaiden, you like the peace maker right? Cah your sort of the middle child"

"Sort of, your right about peace maker" I said popping my collar.

"Your cute, in a small puppy kind of way" She said smirking.

"I can show you cute, in a sexy big dick nigga kind of way"

She smirked as if she was amused.

"I don't get like that baby boy might be, maybe after some dates and maybe things might change"

I bit my lip and nodded at her knowing I was down.

After I saw Kaiden talk to Demonte I left it and walked back to Cordell and as I sat down I saw him back up Cassie's ass so I guess we not what we thought we was.

"Everything alright now?"

"Yeah I just had to speak to my brother" I lied. 

"Cool, well uh seeing as we finna be working together would I be able to ya know...go on missions or even dates with you?" 

I looked at him and blinked then smiled.

"Only if you play ya cards right" I said nudging him playfully.

He nodded taking up the offer. 

The rest of the night went smooth until there was a shooting at the trap and everyone had left...leaving me and Slits to baby sit the house as if I didn't know what they were trying to do. Right now he was sitting on the couch flicking through tv stations while I sat on the other end of the couch watching.

"This is what we've become then?" I asked getting straight to the point.

"What?" He asked looking at me funny. "Become what? We still cool homie" 

I felt a piece of my heart ache, no baby girl, no lil girl..but homie? As if he really just friend zoned me. I chuckled.

"Don't act dumb Demonte, homie? So what, what happened a week ago was a mistake?" I asked getting in my feelings now.

"Looks like it" He said shrugging. "You a kid, we only friends you single I'm single so do ya own thing" He said shrugging.

"Is this about me and Cordell speaking?" 

He chuckled hard turning into a hysterical laughter. 

"You think I'm jealous Money?" He asked cracking up.

My heart officially cracked at him calling me my street name instead of my government or nick name. 

"I couldn't be jealous if we was nothing Mo, you do you and I will do me, iyte?" He asked facing the tv again.

I let my emotions get the better of me and started crying.

"Demonte..." I said in disbelief.

"What Moniah? We cool" He said shrugging.

I wasn't taking no for nothing.  I got up and sat on his lip kissing him instantly. He didn't hesitate he held my waist and pulled me closer to him. I felt myself getting wetter and wetter.

"Mmm, Monte" I moaned in our kiss. 

He bit softly on my bottom lip then sucked on it.

"What are we really doing?" He asked chuckling.

"Going with the flow" I said shrugging.

"Too bad we can't go further huh?" He asked in a joking tone.

I bit my lip and grind my hips on him causing him to groan.

"Don't start nothing you can't finish Mo" He said kissing my neck.

I felt as one of his hands let me go and traveled to the front of me, going into my leggings and underwear.

"Uhh" I moaned. 

His finger flicked and massaged my clit while I grind against him.

"We back" We heard the family say.

"Shit" We both said.

I jumped off his lap and sat on the couch.

"Wtf I'm meant to do with this?" He asked pointing at his trousers.

I giggled as he jumped up and ran to the toilet.
