Before we left the house, I grabbed a black JanSport backpack from Luke's room. There was stuff in it, so I dumped it out on his bed.

I grabbed my lyric book, along with my laptop and its charger. Not forgetting to take my phone with me.

On the way out the door, I grabbed a pen that was on the table where we kept the car keys and stuff.

Once I got in the the backseat of the car, I immediately opened my book and start to write a new lyric.

This is to the ones who broke our hearts
This is to the ones who played a part
In making our lives a living hell
This is to the voices in our heads
This is to the ones who always said
We wouldn't amount to anything—

I was about to write s'more, but I noticed that we were in a parking lot. The engine of the car just stopped.

"C'mon Em." Luke said.

I looked around, hearing girls screaming in excitement who are no where in sight. We came in from the back.

We got in from the back door, going in to the dressing room.

I saw a black couch that was sort of in the middle of the room, and threw my backpack there.

Luke glances over at me, seeing that I had thrown something.

I looked at him like I did absolutely nothing.

"Is that my backpack?" He asks.

"Yes," I said looking anywhere but at him.

He sighs, and not long after the others came in. Luke was called by Lou to get his makeup done. Which Michael just came from.

It was like that with Ashton and Calum too.

"You're on in five minutes," a guy with a clipboard and a headset on him said, and walking away.

I sat down, getting out my book. I set it down next to me, and looked for the pen.

Arms snaked around my waist from behind. Causing me to jump a bit.

"What's that?" Luke asks referring to the book. Letting go of me, grabbing the book.

I stood up, trying to get it from him. He was a giant! I had to step on the couch— but it was no help.

"Luke, give it back!" I yelled.

He turned his back to me, "I wanna see what's in it," He held his arms up high where I couldn't reach.

"Your on 5!" The guy yelled again, making Luke giving my book back, and grabbing his guitar.

I hugged, as one-by-one the boys hugged me.

I angrily stuffed the book back inside the backpack.

I was so angry I didn't know what I was doing. The only thing I know was that I was heading for the exit.

Even though I still haven't found the exit door, I found another room. It looks like it's where they control whatever is happening in the stage.

There was switches, buttons, and levers. One of them said lights. And I could see the stage clearly.

I smirked.
