Heyo guys! Sorry I haven't updated in such a long time (I'm a bad senpai)! Well, here's an update. I have so many stories I'm working on as well as one-shots, school, Christmas stuff, and just so much stuff things get pushed on the back burner.

Well! Enough of my yabbering! On with the chapter!

You slowly walked into the school, your shoulders hunched and you head lowered a bit. You knew you looked positively fabulous, but you were afraid someone might call you a copy if they had done the same type of thing... Or something along those lines.

Your dad had insisted that he drive you to school, so that way you could make an awesome entrance. You loved your silly daddy. He had also volunteered to help with... something so he had to be at the school anyways.

You smiled and waved at a couple of your friends and suddenly Dawn zoomed over to you, her jaw slack. "Oh- my- FREAKING ZEUS YOU LOOK ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!" She cried, jumping up and down and clapping her hands.

You laughed and you dad walked over. "Thanks!" You swirled around, causing the silky cape to flutter like a leaf carved straight out of emerald. "Who're you?" She winced and you quickly added, "I mean- you look great! I just can't put my finger on it."

"I'm Maximum Ride!" She flapped her wings a little, causing you to giggle. "Nobody knows her exactly." She pouted sourly. "Per the usual."

"Who's this?" Tom asked gently, placing a hand on your shoulder.

"This is my best friend, Dawn!"

"Hello Mister Tom sir!" She saluted.  "Are you Mister Loki?"

Tom threw his head back and laughed. "I guess! I'm not dressed up for the occasion, but I could probably!" He said, glancing at your science teacher as she passed, dressed up as Mrs. Frizzle.

"That'd be great!" You chimed in unison.

Tom smiled and ruffle the both of your hairs. "Alright! You better go now!" He walked off and you grinned at Dawn, jumping up and down excitedly.

The rest of the day you got compliments and you just felt as happy as a lark. Your dad drifted in and out of each commons, doing whatever he did. He had such an amazing Loki suite that it looked real. Like, really real.

"Hey, (Y/n)!" A voice sneered, causing you to wheel around. It was before lunch and you were just putting your stuff in your locker. You inwardly groaned. Tiffi. The biggest, most athletic, puffed up snake brat in all of the school. Beside the dictionary definition of Slithern, her picture should've been there.

((I don't watch/ read Harry Potter but hey *shrugs*))

"Well, don't you look nice?" She sneered. She looked like a peacock. A very skimpy peacock. Her two friends looked like Las Vegas casino owners, all feathers and gold and pearls. "What happens if... this fell off?"

You cried out as she grabbed the cape, tugging hard and shredding it off your back. "HEY!" You cried, tears filling your eyes.

"Or... if... say." Her friend grabbed the crown off your head and dented it. They roughly pushed you into the locker, ripping your costume to shreds. Each shred of cloth was like a tear in your heart.

"STOP!" You cried, tears rolling down your cheeks. "NO!"

When they finally felt satisfied, and proud of themselves, they stalked off laughing. You stared down at yourself. You had looked beautiful. Now you looked like you'd been through a paper shredder. You ran off, sobbing and hid yourself in the girl's bathroom, cursing everything in world and wishing you could just get away from everything.

If only you knew your dad had watched the whole thing.
