Mystery's POV

My eyes cracked open to see, the white ceiling and then I heard my name being whispered like words underwater.

I looked across to my left to see my mother looking at me in worry and my brother was I'm my computer chair his head in his hands while err my dad paced.

"Mystery hunny, can you hear me?" My mother asked

"Ma" I whispered my throat dry

She gasped and nodded looking relieved, my brother and father looked up to me looking so relieved that I was awake.

"Water?" I asked

My mother nodded and ran out of my bed room to get it for me.

"Mystery, are you feeling okay?" My father asked taking my hand

I nodded and looked to my brother, he had water in his eyes and looked like he wanted to come near me but Instead isolated himself from me.

My mother returned with the water and handed it to me. I sat up and slowly drank it before I sat down the empty cup.

"What happened?" I asked

"You came home and passed out, your mother and I believe it was stress related " my father said narrowing his eyes at my brother

'Probably because of the stupid fighting" I sighed

"Exactly dear, at least someone sees my point, if your brother thought about his family before selfishly choosing to be That " my father said

"Dad I was meaning you... that is your son, why does it matter if he is gay?" I said

"T-that's ridiculous.... he is just going through a confusing time"

My father looked at me, he was obviously trying to still get over his earlier shock and disappointment.

"Ma, Pa please just don't be rash, take time to think before you judge me" Jason asked quietly

My Father hesitated but my Mom eagerly nodded and I smiled, at least a little progress is better than nothing at all.

"I'm really tired, I think I'm gonna sleep it off"

"Okay baby, well see you later, just rest" my mother advised
