i went out of the girls' comfort room and wiped my tears away. i saw my bestfriend waiting for me and i tried to smile even though i still have my puffy eyes.
"baek!"
"one more smile and i'll whack your face. this stresses my beauty, huh."
yes, byun baekhyun, my beautiful gay bestfriend. one is enough, two is too much. he broke my heart twice already... kim jongin. i love that jerk.
"don't tell me, in front of my pretty face, that you'll give that jongin another chance! i already warned you."
he keeps on squabbling about jongin. i laughed, i'm really thankful to have baekie at my side. he's the most gorgeous best-est friend ever! at the end, he smiled and i hugged him for being my best supporter.
because i don't want to go to class with this face, baek and i decided to cut classes. we're not a good influence so don't even bother to try cutting classes.
"you know, there are still many fishes swimming at the sea."
"wow, baekie so deep. haha."
"prei, just look around. there are more serious guys there than jongin."
"i know but-"
"just look around."
he said and i don't want to argue again with baekhyun. after eating and quarreling inside the ice cream shop, we decided to go shopping. we stopped at make up area. we tried products.
"c'mon baekie, i'll put some tint on your lips."
"no! a-ah i mean i don't put tints and other stuffs except my favorite fabulous eyeliner! do you want to put some eyeliner?"
he offered so he put some eyeliner on my eyes and we laughed.
i only have baekhyun as my bestfriend. i had girl friends back then but i discovered that they backstabbing me and hating me because jongin became my boyfriend.
we roamed and roamed.
"valentine's ball is fast approaching, prei. any plans? it will be our last ball because we're entering college next year!"
"don't have plans. i'm not excited though."
i said. yes i'm not excited since i don't have jongin with me. last year's ball was magical since jongin surprised me.
since we got tired, baekie and i went home already. baekhyun said he had something to do so he went home straight.
when i got home i kept the framed pictures of jongin and me. *sigh*

days passed and while walking on my way to baekie, i received a note from my locker. it was a simple note from jongin. i decided to read it while walking.
『prei, i'm such a jerk for throwing away a princess like you for something temporary like her. i hope that you can give me another chance 'cause this time i won't ever waste that. i love you prei. let's meet tomorrow at the school park.』
