This is one trick I use so I personally know it works.
1. Buy a little tub of Vaseline pure petroleum jelly.
2. Get a clean mascara wand even an old one that has been used but washed is fine. If you don't have anything like that use your fingers but clean them before and after doing this.
3. Put a little Vaseline on the mascara wand or your fingers and put it on your eyelashes. Starting from the roots to the tips.
4. Do it for a week and more to see a difference. Its best if you do it every night and wipe it off in the morning.
