"Yatah! The exam is finally over. Now I can sleep as much as I want." It was the last day of the examination and from then onwards, three months of holidays is yet to come. These past few days were almost like a nightmare to me and I slept no more than four hours due to stress. But now as I stand outside the hall after successfully completing the paper, I feel new and, fresh vibe seems to be replacing the dull-exam-vibe and it felt like I was reborn.
"Su! Hey, Sugar," a familiar voice cried with joy and the scream became louder and louder as it came near me. Jumping before me was my stupidly talkative narcissist friend, Ayane who was pretty much happy with the fact that the exam was over.
"Let's hangout today, Su; I want to celebrate the whole day to compensate for the last few days." I had planned to spend rest of the day alone with my Minhyuk, my precious laptop.
But since we won't be meeting each other for a while, that's not a bad idea.
"I am home." The door flew open revealing my mom ranting about something that was quite low for me to hear. Her ash-brown hair was tied up in bun and she was wearing her favorite panther-pattern gown. The house was in a commotion and things that we usually use for long-distance travel was all scattered on the floor. "Mom, is everything okay?" I asked with confusion. Mom turned her head towards the sound with anxious look and immediately came to me." Thank god you came. I was about to lose my mind. And where were you?" her expression changed when she said the last one.
All the works got completed with me narrating the day's incident to her and she constantly complained about my aunt, her elder sister being insensible and coming up with changes in plan at the last minute.
After helping my mom with her chores in the kitchen, we got to last work of the day; packing our suitcases for the long holiday trip. I came to know that my insensible-aunt as my mother is calling her right now, uncle and my cousin sister is coming early in the morning and at around 10 AM we would be heading towards Okinawa for the vacation.
Yes! I can't wait for the journey to start.
