"This Earth is a land of marvels and mysteries, a land where chaos pursues order and splendid sunny days end in bold starry nights, a land where time is simply the ticking of a clock and space is as far as your arms can stretch!" ~ Spider

It's been a while since I've last recorded, things have been rather busy lately. We are running out of water, power, food, time, and hope. It's been a rough night for us. Limping over to professor Amrita I peeled off the blood soaked tissue from her shoulder and ran my fingers along the scar on her shoulder, it's healed. I walked over to the wall adjacent and picked up the pieces of shattered glass from the floor. The pungent scent of alcohol still lingered in the musty air. I firmly pressed my hand across my lips and shut my eyes, I didn't want to vomit, not again; food is so scarce that even puking is a luxury.
I shuffled along the dusty corridor, running my hand along the peeling mildew infested wall to stay upright. I passed by the first room, my teeth chattering.
"You can't keep us here forever!" Cried out a muffled voice from the next room, "Please let us go... we came to help. Whatever you're trying to achieve by having us locked up here won't help you!"
Dust fell from the ceiling as the dangling light swung back and forth.
"There isn't much time!" she cried out once more, "We can help you if you let us go."
Looking away from the glass window I walked into the control room, and shut the door behind me. I slid into the rolling chair and scanned the ceiling. The green light flooded the contents of the room making it resemble an old 8 bit game. I rolled over to the glass vault in the corner of the room and slid it open. The ladder was cold to the touch, I made my way down into the dimly lit room and walked over bundles of tubes and wires running from one device to the other. I pressed my hands against the blood stained glass and watched her suspended in the bubbling water. She's still sleeping I miss her.
