"Hey lil' momma" Bryce said sitting beside me, we all 3 now have a weird relationship after only 1 week. Some people just click? "Hey weirdo" I laughed, "wassap cutie!" Jacob said sitting on the other side of me, "hey trouble!" Mark said sitting in front of me as my mouth was full of lasagna. "The funniest thing happened to me 2nd period" Jacob snickered "what?" I said whipping my mouth with a napkin. "So, Mrs. Gayer saw me talking to trouble here, so when class started she calls me out while I was talking to Tyler. 'So, Jacob your friends with Brinkley?' She said I said yeah and she yelled 'you're going to ruin her!" It was embarrassing but now it's funny" his cheeks were red and I laughed "awe Jacob it's okay. You've already ruined me" I smiled pinching his cheeks making him smile. "Y'all are weird" Bryce laughed eating his sandwich "shut up they're cute!" Mark said to Bryce. I blushed slightly & continued to eat my lasagna. The bell rung and I frowned "bye guys" I smiled and hugged Bryce & Mark. "Me?" "I'll see you 6th period" he frowned, "fine!" I groaned. I hugged him and he swayed us back & forth. "Come on lover boy" Tyler laughed and dragged Jacob away "bye Jacob!" I waved "bye Trouble!" He waved.
They call me trouble because the 2nd day of school I got in trouble in the hallway & they saw so now I'm Trouble. It's kinda stupid but eh I don't care. I grabbed my bag and walked to 5th period, I pulled out my notebook & started working out the math equations. Math's hard for me but, I'm in advanced anyway. I usually keep my grades up to an A maybe a high B but nothing else. Nothing else is exceptional, but every since my mom & dad got divorced dad doesn't care. Frankly I think I don't matter anymore. I'm not aloud to call mom or talk to my sister, even if I wanted to.
Enough about that.
I finished my math & turned it in to Mrs. Gates. "First one done again Brinkley, you know what to do" she smiled and I smiled back. I doodled in my journal until class was over & then I went to English with Jacob & I had Gym with Mark. Because, 7th & 8th have gym together.
"Hey Chicka!"(cheeka) Jacob said sitting beside me. "Hey loser" I smiled. "You're so mean" he fake pouted "okay boys & girls!" Coach Bice said "let's get started!" Jacob groaned and pulled his notebook out of his bag. I laughed & did the same.
Finally school's over!!!! It felt like it last 10000000 hours! I jumped on Bryce's back. "Onward!!!!" I yelled and he ran me through the ninth grade hall. I giggled and jumped off his back onto Jacob's back. "Hey!" He smiled showing off his beautiful teeth. I found out that me & him ride the same bus the second day. "Do you wanna walk home today, it's Friday?" He smiled. "Sure" I shrugged "so, do you like it here?" He asked grabbing my bag "yeah I like it, I'm surprised I have you three" I smiled at him. "What do you mean?" He looked confused, "I didn't have friends in Indiana" I shrugged. "How? You're so cool!" He laughed "thanks Jacob" I smiled "get on my back!" He pretend shouted and I hopped on his back. He ran as fast as he could to our neighborhood then to his house.
"Why did you do that?" I asked after he threw me on the couch. "I knew that if I did that you couldn't say no to coming over" he smiled. I rolled my eyes,"what about your parents?" I asked more questions. "Mom & dad are on a business trip, & my sister is staying the weekend with her friend" he smiled. "Do you have a trampoline?" I asked very casually. "What the hell? You're so random. Yeah it's in the backyard" he laughed and I ran to the trampoline. I love trampolines. I jumped for 5 minutes, then Jacob came out there and jumped with me. "Do you want anything to eat?" He asked. "Umm I don't care?" I said like it was a question, "come on" he said dragging me off the trampoline. "It's already 5?!" I asked "yup" Jacob shrugged. "I wonder if my dad's home" I said "look through the window" he pointed to the window at the side of the room. "We live so close that you could literally stalk me..... Or the other way around" I wiggled my eyebrows at him. He laughed really hard, "that was creepy!" He said making a sandwich I laughed "nah he's not home" I shrugged. "You like basically live by yourself?" He asked "yeah, I'll be surprised if we stay in Virginia" I sighed. His face got worried "what do you mean??" He asked "well before he found mom & Bailee we moved place to place, I hated it but I had no choice. Now I can't even call mom, he gets mad" I sighed again. "I'm sorry, but you're not aloud to move" he shrugged casually, but he was worried I could tell. "Don't be worried, we can call if I move" I shrugged as I sat in front of him on the counter. "It won't be the same" he whined like a child. "Oh stop being a girl" I laughed. He acted offended and I laughed.
He sat beside me and handed me the sandwich "can I have a drink?" I asked and he handed me his drink. "So if you move a lot, where are you from?" He asked "Alabama" I smiled "oh great a red neck" he mocked a country accent that I didn't have. "I only stayed there for a year, then I came to Virginia, then Britian, then Illinois, then California, then Indiana, & now I'm back in Virginia" I smiled "damn" Jacob laughed as he sipped the drink. "That's a bad word!" "You cussed out Olivia Taylor" he scolded "she started it!" I whined like a 2 year old. "It's okay!" He smiled as he finished his sandwich. I was only half way don't with mine. His phone went off beside me. "See who texted me?" He said like a question. I picked his phone up and turned it on, "umm your mom asked if you're okay" I said "tell her I'm fine & that you're staying over" he smiled "k" I replied and slid the message over to unlock it. "Password?" "5674" he said and I texted his mom. "She said okay love you" "tell her love her too" he smiled.
