Chapter Five: I'll be following you |Trainee Squad Graduation|

After 3 years of training to become a soldier, the Trainee's were now graduating and having their first step to be an official soldier.

All of the students were having a small party and gathering for tomorrow's big occasion. Tomorrow's the day where the Trainee's squad that they belong was graduating after 3 years of hard training who seemed almost forever.

Talking about the graduation, the Top students surely be there, and it happened that Levi was the First on the top, and Hanji was next to him having her 2nd line.

"I don't expect you to be on Top, Four-eyes." He smirk at this brunette girl who was now on her widest smiles. "You're not the only one, clean-freak!" She hisses at him happily with her cheerful voice.

The other trainee's come up to them having to congratulate these two top trainee's of their squad. "Oi.. Hanji! Where will you go after this?" One blonde girl asked her with a smile. "Well.. I've always been wondering about that, my Dad never wants me to be on a scouting legion.. " She answers while smiling and rubbing her hair. "What about you Levi?" The other guy happened to ask. Levi just stood there with his emotionless face. "None of your fucking business.." He replied with his cold voice making them frown. "Aww.. How deep Shorty.." Hanji says with a sarcastic tone of voice as she straightened her eye-glasses.

The two trainees stood up and go somewhere muttering some curse at Levi, well he doesn't care though, he don't wanna give a shit either. So he remains at his place having Hanji beside him.

Hanji smiled and sigh heavily. "I couldn't believe we will be finally graduating.. After that 3 years on hell.." She exlaimed cheerfully as she tomp on Levi's side. "Right Levi?" She ask with a grin hoping for a response. Levi rolls his eyes and dust off the spot where Hanji land her fingers. "Tsk, just for you shitty glasses!" He replied with clicking his tongue.

"Well.. Where will you go Levi?" She ask him with a cheesy grin in her face. "Uh, guess you'll be taking the Military Police.. Right?" She added looking at Levi. "Tsch, what is the reason of the hard training to become a soldier if i'll go there and hide over the Titans?" He says stoic at her. Levi runs his fingers at his hair. "Don't you want a peaceful life? Most of them will be choosing a life inside the wall Sina." She asked him as she looks at their classmates who was now laughing and sharing their drink. "You really expect me to be coward huh?" He replied clicking his tongue in annoyment.

"then where will you be going?" Hanji asked looking at him. 'Wait.. Is he perhaps..'

Levi looks up to the stary sky. "at the Survey Corps"

'I couldn't believe this.. Levi is about to go at the Scouting Legion? Well, he really is fit to be there.. He's professional by himself.. ' Hanji thought to herself looking at the ceiling while lying at the bed.

After the last three years spending the training with him, she was never been bothered or worried about everything, she was used at Levi's harsh and voilent words, even on his habbit throwing things at her.

Levi also stood up as her chat mate, despite of his sarcastic and drastic attitude, he listens at her at some point.

Levi was also the one that keeping up Hanji's mood and motivation during their training, using his infamous 'Tsch' and curses, it helped her somehow to be determined at things.

She never thought about Levi feeling the same for her, being bothered when the 'Short guy' wasn't there to insult her, but one thing she knew..

No matter how hard and dangerous it is , she will joined the Survey Corps as well.

"Levi.. You shorty!" She mutters before drifting herself to sleep.

"Oi.." Levi called Hanji's attention making her bring back in reality. "What is it shorty?" She replied with a slight smile on her lips formed. Levi was looking straight at the front where the Commander was giving his speech, obviously, Hanji wasn't paying attention and drifted herself into a blank area looking up at the Blue sky. "Listen to the fucking Commander, if you want to graduate." He says with those cold voice of him without making an effort to look at Hanji.

After the speech that Commander has made, they are now to decide of what will they take.

Mostly, the trainees with a high score choose to go at Military Police to live a peaceful life inside the wall Sina. Those trainees who got the low score had no choice but to go at the Scouting Legion who goes outside the walls for an expedition.

Hanji was sitting at the corner facing the ground. Suddenly, she saw a pair of newly shined shoes in front of her causing her to look up. "Shortyyy~" She sang out the nickname at this man in front of her standing. "Do you need something?" She asked with those bubbly smiles of hers. "Nothing important.." He replied with an unamused tone. "Just came to ask, where will you be going?" He added as he looks down at her. Hanji smiled and stand up exhaling. "Ouuh! Shorty starts to care!" She admonished with her suspiscious grins teasing him. "Enough with assumptions, four-eye." He rolled his eyes over her. "Well, enjoy that Wall Sina of yours." He added with a smirk on his face.

"Who says I'll be choosing the Military Police?" Hanji asked him in a sarcastic tone of voice. Levi turns at her with an amused feelings he hides inside. "What do you mean?" He asked pretending not having any idea of what was her talking.

Hanji sighed with a smile on her face and stroke Levi's hair. "Oh come on Shorty? Don't ask me to spell it for yah.." She said poking Levi's nose making him to let out a growl. "Just say it directly." Levi mutters with an impatient tone making Hanji to chuckled. "Haha.. Who's being impatient now?" She teasingly ask Levi straightening her glasses, this fueled Levi's irritation. "Fuck it, shitty-glasses." He muttered sternly with his whole damn pissed face.

Hanji chuckled which she couldn't help but do. Levi raised his brow at her. "What's so funny?" He ask with an pissed off voice.

"You" Hanji replied.

Levi rolled his eyes and walks out. "Die on a hole.. Shitty glasses.." He mutters before leaving the brunette girl on the corner alone. 'Why couldn't you just tell me? Why do you always have to complicate things??' He ask at himself while walking away. 'Fine.. Hide by yourself at those fucking wall of Sina.' He added as he ride at the truck who is about to send the newly recruits at the Survey Corps's HQ at the district of Trost.

'I might never see you again Four-eye' He mutters as he sigh.

As for Hanji, she was been left alone in the corner with a blank face.

'No.. Ill be following you Levi.. I'm not a coward.. Im not going to hide from those Titans.. I swear.. ' She thought at her self having those teardrops from her eyes.
