Chapter 13: "Things"

*Ariana's POV*

I wake up with Justin's arms around me, I wiggle out and get dressed. Afterwards, I make my way to find out what room Jai went to.

I crack the door barely, to see Jai shirtless on his phone.

"Good morning." I say quietly.

"Hey." Is all he says and I begin to walk away, but his voice stops me.

"Do you have something against me?" He asks, which calls me totally off guard.

"No, why?" I ask coming fully in his room and sitting on the edge of the bed.

"You seem distant from me, I don't know what I've done, but I'm sorry Ariana. If it's because of my behavior last night, I really am sorry. I didn't mean to force it, I just don't want to lose you. You mean the world to me, I love you Ariana, so much." He finished and I was almost in tears.

How could I still feel this way about him? I couldn't be with both, I couldn't have feelings for both. Could I?

Let's just say I was torn, between two guys.

"Jai... I- I don't know what to say." I stutter and he looks down. "I... love you too." I say, in tears by this point.

"You do?" He asks surprised, but a smile manages to be plastered on his face.

"Yes, I never stopped." I admit truthfully.

"That's... that's great, that's amazing." He says, still stunned. He was probably expecting me to break up with him.

I was going to but, how could I now? Not after his speech...

"Let's go downstairs, I'll fix us something." I say with a smile and we walk downstairs.

After we eat, I tell Jai to make himself at home while I go upstairs to check on Justin.

"Justin?" I say peeking into his room.

"Hey babe, where were you?" He says turning towards me from his closet while pulling a white tank over his body.

"I fixed breakfast, and I was wondering..."

"Yeah?"

"If maybe I... we could do something today?" I ask and flash him a cheesy grin.

"Of course, what about Jai?" He asks confused.

"Right..." I mumble with a small sigh and look down.

"When is he leaving anyway?" Justin asks while looking through his phone.

"This Friday, since he has concerts to perform at."

"Speaking of concerts, I have one soon. You're coming, right?" He asks with a hopeful look.

"Of course I am." I smile brightly as he smiles back.

"Justin I really want to do something today." I say and pout my bottom lip while batting my eyelashes dramatically, that always gets him.

"Aw baby, we can but it'll have to be something that includes all of us." He says with a smirk and pecks my lips unexpectedly.

"I have an idea, c'mon." I say and pull him along with me downstairs.

"Hey Jai, I have- wait... where is he?" I say and turn to Justin while he shrugs, I look around to see a note on the table.

The note read:

Ariana,

I'll be out for a bit, just to take my mind off of some things. Should be back soon.

"What kind of things?" Justin asks over my shoulder.

"I was wondering the same thing." I trail off.

After thinking about it, I realize what he meant, but decide not to mention it to Justin.

I know he wouldn't be too happy if he found out about what went down last night and how he's solving it...
