Chapter 24: It's Done

*Justin's POV*

I woke up at 8 am the next morning.

I looked over to see that Caitlin was still sound asleep.

I checked my phone, then was relieved to see that I have service again.

I had to leave.

The thing is, I'm not one to use girls as a one night stand.

Honestly, it wasn't me. It was someone else last night. I would've never done something like that, especially since I have Ariana. I don't want to lose her.

Not again.

I don't know what got into me, but I knew I had to go before something else went wrong.

I grabbed my stuff as fast as I could, gave Caitlin a look of pity, then snuck out the door.

I crossed my fingers as I tried to start my car.

It started to my final luck. I sighed in relief, then drove off.

It would be a long drive, but it'd be worth it. I couldn't wait to see my beautiful girlfriend, that I haven't stopped thinking about since I left last night.

*Ariana's POV*

I couldn't sleep the whole night.

I'm sure I look tired, but I could care less. I just want to know if Justin is alright, scratch that, I need to know.

As if on cue, my phone rang. Justin's name and picture appeared on the screen.

I smiled at the picture of him. It was my favorite, and it would be for quite a while. It has the most meaning behind it... our first date together.

Sure, it was a while back. It was before any of this, and the first time we ever dated. I never changed it and I still don't want to, it's too special to me.

I hurriedly answered the phone before it would be too late.

"Hello?" I said a little too anxiously.

"Ariana." Justin breathed out, almost in relief.

"Where were you? Why didn't you answer my calls? Why didn't you come home? Did you stay with Caitlin? Are you okay?" I asked all at once, and a little too quickly.

"I didn't have any service." He said lacking emotion.

"Do you have any clue how worried I was? I didn't even know if you were alive or not." I mumbled the last part.

"I'm fine," he chuckled a little, "I miss you though."

"I miss you too." I said with a smile.

"I should be home soon, I've been driving for a while."

"Okay. As soon as you get here, you better tell me everything Justin Drew." I said strictly.

"Alright mother." He laughed, but not his normal laugh, it sounded almost hesitant.

"Well, I'll see you then. Love you." I said.

"Love you too, bye."

I hung up and decided to take a shower, so that I'd look somewhat decent. I'm positive I look sleep deprived- which I am.

*Caitlin's POV*

When I awoke, I saw that Justin was no longer there.

I didn't care really, I had all I needed just to get him back for what he did to me.

I still haven't gotten over the fact he left me for his career. He came back with another girl, then left her for another, then went back to her, now he's back to the other one.

Who knows all of the girlfriends he's had? I, personally, don't care to know.

I dialed Brynn's number and she answered immediately.

"You got everything?" I asked in a hurry.

"Yeah. What do you need?" She asked.

"Whatever you have. I just need proof." I replied.

"Okay, I'll be over as soon as I can. Bye." She said, and I hung up the phone.

This is for the best. He'll finally get what he deserves. He'll finally feel the pain that I felt.

Yet I felt as if I was doing something wrong. I know I shouldn't do something so cowardly. At the same time, this is something he should've saw coming.

I have no reason to feel sorry anyways. He hurt me, so I'm going to hurt him back.

It was decided. I'm going to go through with this, and no one is going to stop me.

I saw Brynn's car pull up about thirty minutes later, I unlocked the door and walked outside to go help her carry whatever she had inside.

"There's really not much, just my laptop and a few other little things." She said and handed me her laptop.

"Okay." I said and went back inside with Brynn following behind.

We got settled and set everything down on the table, then I clapped my hands together excitedly and sat down.

"So what's all this? Tell me how it works." I said and looked at her. She clicked something on her laptop, and then turned it towards me.

She was on a sound application with many options, but she pointed to a play button. "This is to replay everything that was said last night."

I smirked. "So basically, you recorded it all?"

"Yep," she turned it back around and clicked on another application, "we also hooked you up with some hidden cameras." She stated triumphantly.

"Wow," I cleared my throat, "you couldn't see this when it was all going on... right?" I asked.

She merely chuckled. "I could, but I didn't."

"Oh," I nodded, "so how is this gonna work?" I asked turning to look over at her.

"Slow down, slow down." She said while I heard multiple clicks. She finally looked up at me from the screen, "I need your phone and USB cord to plug into my laptop, so I can download all of this onto your phone."

"Right." I said, then got up to go get what she had asked for.

I came back and watched her download everything. Honestly, it only made me more anxious.

I couldn't wait for Ariana to know what Justin is actually like.

"Okay, it's all done." She said and unplugged my phone.

"Thanks Brynn, you have no idea how helpful you've been." I gave her a hug and smiled.

"It wasn't all me, but no problem." She smiled back and gathered all her stuff, then left.

I decided I'd just send it to Ariana, it'd make too much commotion if I put it on a social media site. It didn't take me long to decide against that idea.

For some reason, I was extremely nervous.

I cut out all the 'inappropriate' footage, but it was just enough to know what had happened.

With my finger on the send button, I quickly pressed it so I wouldn't find a way to stop myself.

It's done.

The worst that could happen? Oh, I don't know... no more Justin and Ariana?

I can only hope.
