12.00 pm sharp, the day after yesterday. You can feel your heart beating fast as you stood before the Student Council Office door. You're here, like Akashi told you to.

Thing is, you might need a bit more time to prepare yourself onwards to the battlefield. It's not an exaggeration when you're dealing with Akashi. Your friends repeatedly made sure of that.

Like, First; always be polite and never rude, First; always be on guard, and First; enjoy your temporary job. Yeah, it's all 'First', because they said they're all important.

Sachi and Miko especially, they look like they're having the most fun out of your situation. The two were giggling non-stop while Chika looks worried for you.

Anyway, that's that and this is this. It was your decision to say yes - although it's partly (or perhaps all) because you were afraid how Akashi would react had you said no.

You took a deep breath, once, twice, until your balled fist makes its way to the door, and knocked on it.

"Come in."

You took that as your cue to slide the door and step inside. True to his rumours of Mister Perfect, Akashi is already sitting there, by his desk. You could also see another stranger-yet-known male student with spectacles and green tuft standing before Akashi's desk - the one and only titled as the most eccentric guy in Teikō, Midorima Shintarō.

Akashi is reading a report, most likely Midorima's. You could detect a little annoyance in Akashi's ruby orbs. It's seems Akashi was not exaggerating when he said thick report, because that's the size of medical-scholarly articles he's reading.

"You're here on time, (Last Name)-san."

First; always be polite and never rude.

You jerked out from your momentary stupor when Akashi spoke. You bowed gingerly, paying respect. First impression is important.

Akashi chuckled. "There's no need to be so formal, (Last Name)-san."

First; always be on guard.

You raised your head, prompting a smile from Akashi, who then motioned his hand to the greenette. "I will introduce you, (Last Name)-san. This is Midorima Shintarō, the Vice President of the running Student Council. Midorima, this is (Last Name) (First Name)-san."

You bowed once again. "It's nice to meet you, Midorima-san."

Midorima acknowledged you with a nod. He doesn't seem to be a talkative one, more like, he's curt.

"(Last Name)-san. What's your horoscope?"

..and there goes the rumours. The first words from the greenhead, and it's about his superstition.

"...(Astrology Sign)." You replied, trying to be as polite as possible while hiding your weirded looks.

It is true indeed when one said; there's no smoke without fire. Rumours are created, based on something, and contains at least a slight bit of truth in them.

"Hmph." Midorima harrumphed. "(Astrology Sign) and Cancer's has average compatibility, with (Astrology Sign)'s best compatibility being with Sagittarius."
