Chapter 20: Suspicion

*SKYLER'S POV*
The next day at school Jacob wasn't there? Maybe he was sick I thought.
At lunch it was just me Khloe and Hayleigh.
"Khloe is Jacob sick today?" I asked stabbing my salad with my fork.
She looked up kinda sadly at his name... Was something wrong?
"Skyler? He moved away?" She said.
"What?!" I asked dropping my fork.
"Yeah remember I called you last night and told you everything?" She said.
"What no?." I pull out my phone and go through my recent calls. None from Khloe.
"But I spoke with you?" Khloe says shaking her head.
"Wait call my phone." She calls my phone and we hear ringing coming from Hayleigh's bag.
She tried to mute her phone but we see who the call is from its Khloe!
"But that doesn't make any sense?  Hayleigh did you change your contact in my phone?" Khloe asks standing up.
"That explains so much!" I say
"Ignoring my texts and calls? I thought you just didn't want to be friend with me."
"Skyler call my phone." Khloe demands.
I call Khloe and no surprise Hayleigh's phone rings.
Hayleigh runs off with her bags. I pull out my phone and delete Khloe's contact.
"Alright let's re-enter your number." I text Khloe off of the correct number and she gets it instantly.
Khloe does that same and adds me as a new contact.
"Okay now fill me in on everything I've missed." I laugh.

                 *CHANDLER'S POV*
After a long day of filming I am so tired but the thought of seeing sky again in a few months fills me with joy.
I call Skyler and smile when she picks up.
"Chandler!"
"Hey sky! I miss you so much." I smile at her voice.
"I can't wait till you come home." She says sadly.
"Same. You're gonna love season 7." I smirk.
"Ohhhhh tell me what happened today."
Me and sky talk for hours and she fills me in on Jacob and Khloe.
"Well he's only like 2 hours away. They could have worked it out." I nod.
"Yeah but I secretly think it wasn't working out anymore." She says.
We talk a little longer before she has to go. I can rest easy tonight knowing she's happy.
                   *JAMES'S POV*
I get a text from Hayleigh after school.
Hayleigh😈: they figured it out.
Me: what?
Hayleigh😈: Skyler figured it out and told Khloe.
Me: ugh of course she did.
Hayleigh😈: she's ruining the whole plan, but now we have Jacob and Chandler out of the way...
Me: yeah we won't have to worry about Skyler much longer. Just try to get back in with them.
Hayleigh😈: this better work or you will be to blame.
