Chapter 68: Non Birthday

*KHLOES POV*
Skyler goes home and I decide to go to my house also. I unlock the front door and walk inside. No one is home. Typical. Both my parents are retired even though they are both 35 and they always go on big trips and I only find out they left by notes on the fridge.
I have no idea where my brother is though.
I walk upstairs and lay on my bed. I go on my phone and text Skyler.

Me: OUR BIRTHDAYS ARE IN 3 DAYS AND 9 DAYS SO WHENS OUR BDAY PARTY OMG

Skyler and I's Birthdays are 6 days apart so we have always had our birthdays together.
I text her back and say:

Skyler😘💙: Khloe.. I can't talk right now.

Me: Okay sorry lol

I wonder what happened.

I guess I will have to figure it out by myself. I think for a while then come to the conclusion that we will have a birthday dinner in 2 days together at a fancy restaurant.
I will invite 2 people and she will invite 2 people. I call Weston to give him the invite.

"Hey." He answers the phone.

"Hey. Sky and I are having our birthday party in 2 days at Flemings. Coming?" I ask.

"For sure!" He says, excited.

"Can't wait." I say, about to hang up the phone.

"Wait. Do you want to come over and broadcast at like 5:00?" He asks.

"Yeah, sure." I say.

"See ya later!" He hangs up.

I then call Jacob.

"Hey." I say when he answers.

"Hey babe. What's up?" He asks.

"Sky and I's birthday party in 2 days at Flemings. You're coming, right?" I wait for his response.

"2 days?" He seems disappointed.

"Yeah... 2 days." I say.

"I'm leaving for Magcon in 2 days. I'm so sorry." He says.

"Oh... when are you coming back?" I ask him.

"I'll come back May 25th." He answers.

"You're missing my birthday?..."

"I'm sorry..." He apologizes.

I hang up the phone.

I get dressed to go to Weston's. I wear my pink PINK sweatshirt, black lounge shorts, black van high tops and I bring my galaxy Vans backpack. I leave my hair down straight and wear my daily makeup. After that I hop into my car and drive to his house.
When I ring the doorbell I am greeted by his older sister and she tells me he's in his room. I walk upstairs and he's sitting on his bed on his phone.
"Hey." I say as I enter the room.
"What's up." He says.
"Jacob can't come to my birthday party and he's not even here for my birthday." I say disappointed.
"You're kidding!" He says.
"Nope." I say.
"Skyler and I always invite 2 people and now I have to think of another person... who should I invite?" I ask.
"What about Noah?" He suggests.
"Yeah." I say. "I'll call him right now."
I dial his number and wait for him to answer.
"Hello?." He answers the phone.
"Hey it's Khloe." I say.
"Hey, what's up?" He asks.
"I was wondering if you wanted to come to my birthday party, it's in 2 days at Flemings."
"I'd love to!" He says.
"Cool. Well gotta go I'm at Weston's." I say.

"Does he want to come over?" Weston whispers.

"Do you want to come over too?" I ask.
"Sure. I'll be there in like 20 minutes or so." He says.
"Alright." I hang up.

"Do you know where Skyler is?" I ask Weston.
