Thank you so much for reading this, it really means a lot to me. I'm also super sorry that it took me such a long time to update. I've been really busy with school and this book needed major editing. I'm so grateful for your support!
I hoped that this book gave you hope or at least helped you to understand a little more about mental illnesses. I didn't want to go to deep into it because it can be very graphic. Awareness and knowledge is the first few steps you can take to help someone. Always be kind and emphatic too.
And for those suffering with mental illnesses, I know it can be hard but I really pray that you'd continue fighting and it's okay to break. You're not selfish or worthless. I wish you all the best on your road to recovery and know that I'll be supporting you every step of the way.
This book isn't great but I hoped you liked it. To me, it was really personal and putting it out here was a tough choice for me. But I have decided that I'm not going to be posting anymore though.
BUT ANYWAYS THANK YOU SO MUCH AND I LOVE YOU GUYS
