I opened my eyes, to see a large chandelier hanging from the ceiling above me. What? Why was I laying on the ground? This wasn't the Institute. I slowly sat up, and stared. I was in some sort of room. The floors were expensive tile, and it was huge. At the front of the room was a throne, and to the side of if was Logan. He was tied to a chair.

"Logan!" I shouted.

"Don't bother." He said weakly. "She put up a barrier."

I looked around, and noticed that everyone else was waking up. They all stood up and looked around. When Scarlett saw her brother, her green eyes lit up.

"Logan, I'll come get you I'll--"

"There's a barrier." I said. "We can't get to him."

She was silent for moment, and then something dawned on her. "By the Angel, it was her. She was Logan. She told Kaelie to put something our drinks to drug, so she could take us here."

Everyone was struck with realization, and I felt my stomach drop to the floor. She had fooled us again.

"Where even is here?" Max asked.

"You don't know?" A cool, smooth voice said from around us.

We all jumped, and the voice laughed. It was a woman's. Then, from out of the darkness, Lilith appeared. She was wearing a long white dress, and her hair was the same. Black, and it went to her chin. She smirked at all of us.

"You're in the void." She said.

My jaw hit the floor. We were in the void? We were in Hell? How did she even get a portal that was strong enough to get us here?

"We're in Hell?" Scarlett said.

"Yep." Lilith smiled gleefully. "This is where your parents beat my son Sebastian Morgenstern, so I feel that it's appropriate for you all to die here."

"He wasn't your son. He was my grandmother's." Austin said fiercely.

"Oh really? Where did his blood come from? I made him what he was." She said.

"Yeah, an ugly monster, just like you." I fired at her.

"You've got quite mouth on you." Her black eyes pierced into me. "I shouldn't be surprised, though, your mother never knew how to shut her mouth either."

I felt rage go through me, how dare she speak about my mother like that. I saw Max fuming, and I felt my whip uncoil a bit.

"Oh, Isabelle Lightwood, I remember seeing her brother die. I guess being pretty didn't help her save her brother? I mean, it was her fault." She went on.

"Don't you dare talk about her like that, you bitch." Max said through gritted teeth.

Lilith grinned at Max. "You're named after him, aren't you? Naming her son after her dead brother, as if it would make it not her fault anywhere. It doesn't matter, after your dead I'll--"

My whip suddenly shot out, and coiled around her throat. I pulled it tightly, and she choked.

"If you say another word about him or my family, I will pull this whip so hard that you eyes will fall out of their sockets." I threatened.

"You--won't--do it." She choked.

"Oh yeah? Try me." I pulled the whip tighter.

"If you--kill--me--I'll have--my--hybrids--kill--your precious--Logan." She said.

I looked up at Logan, who was looking at me helplessly. I sighed and uncoiled the whip. Lilith sighed, and looked at me amusedly.

"You're quite good with that." She said amusedly.

I then gave her the finger, and she burst out laughing.

"I change my mind. I do like you." She laughed.

"Give us Logan." Will started fiercely.

"And why would I want to do that?" Lilith questioned.

"Because we all love him." Scarlett said quietly.

"Because you love him? You all are too weak." Lilith said. "It's pathetic."

"Why are you doing this to him? Why not any of us?" Austin demanded.

"Because Logan interests me. He's the golden boy. Everyone loves him. I can assure that no one will ever love him after I'm done with him, though." She smirked. "Why? Are you saying that any of will trade places with him?"

We all remained silent, and she stated at all of us, menacingly.

"Tell me, Logan, who should I pick?" She asked.

"None. Just me, don't hurt them." He insisted.

"Hmmm, let's find your lover, shall we?" She said, and looked at us again. "Well, we know red hair is your sister. The brunette is dating your brother isn't she? So that only leaves..." Hey eyes went to me.

Lilith smirked. "Well well well, if isn't the Lightwood. Tell me, Logan, is the one? Is this the one you love?"

I looked at Logan. He was staring at me. His expression was sad, angry, and hopeless all at once.

"Yes, I love her." He admitted, and my jaw fell to the ground.

Logan loved me? Logan Herondale loved me? Was this happening?

"Oooh! Now tell me Lightwood, do you love Herondale?" Lilith asked.

"I--I do." I stuttered, and his head shot up to look at me.

"Awww, well isn't this touching. You know what, since you both love each other, I'll let you be together. I'll turn the both of you instead." She smiled and snapped her fingers.

Suddenly a Hybrid had pinned my arms, and was taking me up to the throne beside Logan. We somehow passed straight through the barrier, and he threw me into the seat, and Lilith magical tied me to the chair. I sat there helplessly, and I saw Scarlet staring at me, trying to figure out a way to save us.

"Let's start then, shall we?" Lilith grinned.

She walked inside the barrier, and grabbed a knife, that was sitting in a cup, that resembled to the mortal cup. She cut herself, and let her black blood drip into the cup. She then handed it to me.

"Ladies first." She smirked.

I stared down at her blood. I couldn't drink it. I wouldn't.

"Drink it, or else I'll kill all of your friends." Lilith threatened.

"Alexa no!" I heard Scarlett exclaimed.

I ignored her, they were more important than me. I brought the cup to my lips, and just as I was about to drink, Lilith gasped. She looked down to see a sword going through her. She turned around and I stared at who had stabbed her.

Jonathan.
