Luke had seen the posters around the school for a few weeks now advertising the newly founded astronomy club. The posters were obviously hand made, but were well done. The posters featured a couple hand-drawn planets, and a handful of gold sequin stars that caught the light and twinkled, as well as the actual ad, asking people to join in on the stargazing on Thursday nights. Luke personally felt as if the whole idea was pretty lame, it was just a plea to be bullied. He didn't want to join in on that.

"Hey, Luke!" a voice called out from behind him. He turned around to see Michael standing a few feet away, holding a handful of brochures. "Are you interested in coming to the astronomy club meeting tonight? It'll be tons of fun." He passed Luke a small booklet about space.

"Are you the one running it?" Luke asked, flipping through the pages.

"Yeah, I am." Michael nodded. "Think about it, we meet on the roof at 11. Tonight's our first meeting, I really hope to see you there." Michael smiled, and walked off. Luke watched as the purple haired boy continued on, with his galaxy print backpack, pawning off brochures to other unsuspecting students.

Luke laughed to himself, shaking his head. He couldn't believe that he didn't realise that Michael was in charge of the club. Luke had known Michael for years now, and with each year, Michael got more and more space obsessed, and Luke got more and more infatuated with the boy. He didn't know why, but he loved Michael and all of his quirkiness. Most people really didn't like Michael because he was different, with his head always up in the clouds, but Luke loved that the most about him.

As Luke walked off to his next class with the brochure, he changed his mind about the club being lame, and decided that tonight would be a good night to do some stargazing.
