2 weeks later....  

Ryan pov 

Things have been going great with me and Rylie. My boys love her which is always good. And the funniest thing happened actually. We all went to the carnival and I was going to get some frozen lemonade for Rylie and this dude just walked right up when Casey was keeping her company and totally starting hitting on her and would not leave her alone and get the fact that she was taken and Casey got mad and totally layed the dude out and was like dude thats what you get for hitting on my best friends girl. I was like hell yeah thats my boy.  

But anyways today Rylie already met my dad and he completely thinks she's perfect for me and could not quit talking about how good of a guy I was and Rylie was like well yeah duh he is. Now she's meeting my mom. We finally get to my mom's house and saying hi to Kane and shane and we went to go eat lunch with my mom were sitting down and everything is going good until my mom freaking decides to asks her how old she was  

Rylie -19  

Gretchen- well thats awe fully young to be dating to a 23 year old.  

Rylie - um not really mam I actually dated a 22 year old before age has been just a number for me really.  

Gretchen - so you're saying you would date an older man than my son  

Ryan - mom thats not something she would do and you're basically calling her a gold digger.  

Rylie - no its okay Ryan. No actually 23 is actually my limit. I would never go older mam and plus I'm pretty happy with who I'm with I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon.

After lunch  

Ryan - I'm sorry about my mom she's crazy. I have no idea why she was acting like that.  

Rylie - its okay she was probably just looking after her son and after all Ryan have you read some of the magazines lately they're saying I'm a gold digger because justin said that in a interview when he found out we were dating.  

Ryan - its okay. I know who you are and I know you're not a gold digger I know you really care about me and I don't care what people say.  

Rylie - thank goodness
