Chapter 9: Sleepover

TYLER POV:
I'm not exactly sure what is going to happen at this sleepover. Will we just hang, or act like lovers?
Josh lets me in the house, and picks me up bridal-style and walks me to the couch. He lays down on the couch, and suggests for me to ride him.
"Is this what you do at sleepovers?" I ask.
"At this one? Yes." Josh says smiling.
I end up falling asleep on Josh's chest for about an hour.
"What time is it?" I ask alarmed.
"It's only 10, baby." Josh says wiping away a tear on my cheek.
"Was I crying??" I ask.
"Yes, a lot actually, Ty. You kept saying things like: 'Josh, save me!' And 'Don't leave me here alone!'" He says messing with my hair.
"It must have been a bad dream.." I say groggily.
"Want to go play some music? It might cheer you up!" Josh says lifting me off his chest.
"Sure... I hope it does." I say walking toward his bedroom.
"You got a piano??" I ask.
"No, but I got a ukelele."
"That works." I say smiling.
I play a few notes, and start to sing:
'I don't care what's in your hair. I just want to know what's on your mind. I used to say I wanna die before I'm old, but because of you I might think twice.'
"Did you write that last night?" Josh asks me.
"Yeah. It's about you actually.." I say blushing.
"Tyler.. Now that we are alone.. Is there anything you need to tell me??" Josh asks.
"Yeah.. Actually... Josh... I love you... But my parents don't really support gay rights... And I don-" I am cut off by a kiss from Josh.
"Don't worry about it. We love each other. That's all that matters."
Josh's phone starts to ring. I answer it. "Hello?" I say through the phone.
"Hi, is this Josh??" a feminine voice says.
"Yes" I say trying to sound like Josh.
"Well.. I just wanted to remind you of our date at my house this Friday..I cannot wait to show you my new outfit I just bought. See you then!"
I put down the phone, and burst into tears.
"What?! Who was it?!" Josh asks looking concerned.
"You're seeing someone else?? I didn't know about this! Josh why would you cheat like that?!" I throw myself onto his bed, and cry into the bed sheets.
"Tyler! I'm not seeing someone else! Why would you think that??!" he comes over and lays beside me.
"Th-this girl answered the phone, and she was like 'I just want to remind you of our date this Friday.'" I croak out.
Josh looked angry.
"Tyler!! Come here baby!! That was just my ex! She thinks I'm still into her! I'm in love with you! Not her!" Josh starts to cry a bit.
"I would never cheat on you, and you know it!! Do you not trust me?!"
My expression keeps changing. From mad to happy to sad to confused.
I start breathing heavy. Oh no. This isn't good.
"Tyler?! Ty what's wrong??!" Josh catches me as I collapse, and everything goes black.
