A few months later...

Evie was thrilled to have the opportunity to return to The Isle of the Lost to recruit a new batch of villain kids to attend Auradon Prep. She wanted to help those who were lost like she once was and show the people of Auradon no everyone was born evil.

When Ben said yes to her idea she couldn't believe her ears! Now Dizzy got to come and live with her again. She was like a little sister to her and the two would always have so much fun together.

Evie, Carlos, Mal, Jay, Ben, and a couple of the guards entered the limo to take them to the Isle on a sunny Friday afternoon. Evie's leg continuously bounced up and down with ambition as they crossed the magical bridge.

Mal giggles, "E, you need to relax." Evie beamed, "I just can't. I'm really excited for this." Mal nodded, "I get it," she sighed "so who're you going to pick?" Evie went through her purse. It was blue and black with an apple lock on it; Evie did always like to add her own touches to things.

She held up the list, glanced over it, and handed it over to Mal. Mal looked at it, "Nice choices," Evie snickered "So... 4 new VKs, huh? Talk about deja vu." Evie nodded, "Other than Dizzy, of course. And not all of them are as nice as the others, but... I think they're the ones who most deserve a shot."

Carlos stuffed his face with peanut butter cups, "Definitely NOT Harry, Gil, or Uma, right?" Evie shook her head, "No." The girls laughed as the barrier opened and the car drove onto the gloomy streets of the island.

The five of them exited the vehicle and observed their surroundings. Jay clicked his tongue, "Please, please, please tell me that this is our last time coming here!" the others burst into laughter, "Well that all depends," Ben said, taking a step forward "maybe one day all of the VKs can come to Auradon, we're just taking baby steps" Jay punched his shoulder playfully, "Yeah, yeah. Enough with the sappy stuff, let's get going."

They began walking towards "Lady Tremaine's Curl Up & Dye," but Evie froze in her tracks. Mal noticed something was off with her best friend, "E?" she asks "Are you coming?" Evie nodded, letting out a long breath of air, "Yeah... I just... I can't believe this is happening."

Mal strolled up to her side, "You're doing a good thing, Evie. Despite the difficulty returning back here again." Evie smiled and bopped her head, "Thanks, Mal. I really needed that." Mal nodded, "Like you said, we got a second chance... now other VKs can too, and maybe others after that." Evie chuckled, "Yeah... maybe."

The girls went to go catch up with the others. Their first stop was going to go pick up Dizzy. Evie and Mal decided that they were the ones who were going to go. They pulled the drapes away and entered the salon. Evie and Mal looked at eacother before quietly approaching Dizzy. Evie placed her hands on the little girl's shoulders, "Evie!" she cried with delight. Evie smiled from ear to ear as she gave her "little sister" a big hug, "We're here to pick you up! Are you all packed?"

Dizzy let go and nodded quickly, "Yes. I had to hide my suitcase, though. Otherwise granny might have stolen it from me." Mal snorted, "Well then, the bad apple doesn't fall far from the tree, does it?" Evie glared at her playfully.

It's great how close Evie and Dizzy are' Mal thought to herself 'especially when she explained about ice cream... she's so proper and like an older sister who knows what it's like to be mistreated... that thought made her shiver.

Dizzy looked up at Evie. She smiled, "How do you always look so pretty, Evie?" Evie chuckled, "Dizzy, it's not our looks that define us... It's who we are in our hearts, and to be the fairest of them all is to be fall inside." Dizzy hugged her again, it was clear how close of a relationship the two had. "Thank you, Evie."

All three girls left the salon, Ben then took Dizzy to the limo and the ex-VKs were off to fetch the other chosen ones. "That was making me tear up, E." Evie giggled, "I love little Dizzy. If anyone belongs in Auradon, its her." Jay groaned, "Everyone's so corny today! What's going on?" they all laughed again, "It's a special day, Jay!... Ooh, that rhymed." replied Carlos.

When Ben returned with a guard, they were off to the next place. To pick up the other VKs. "Here we go..." Evie stopped. "What is it, Evie?" She looked down, "I'm sorry,  don't know what's wrong with me... I've been waiting for this moment for months now and... I don't know, all day I've just been so hesitant." Mal placed her hand on Evie's shoulder, "What are you afraid of?"

(Here's a song I wrote since the movie's a musical)

Mal: Don't ask me why
but I believe this journey,
was always meant to be.
I swear, it's not a lie.

Evie: I'm afraid, it'll be all my fault
And now I feel the ever after
I'm unsure of what the future holds
We're back and you tell me I'm home

Ben: It all hurts, but we never surrender
Don't trust everything you see,
even salt looks like sugar
please listen to me

Jay: Don't shed a tear,
take every chance
and drop every fear
that's how we got in this circumstance.

Carlos: You'll never be alone
We'll be there so you're not alone.
Be a voice, not an echo
No one is you, and that is your power

All (except Evie): You've gotta stand tall,
conquer what's within
and give it you're all
so you don't have to think what might've been.

Evie: I'm afraid I'll fail,
And Auradon will fall
but I'll follow the trail,
And give it my all (repeat x3)

"Thanks guys," Evie smiled "Let's go."
