*Storm's POV*
Me? Why did she want to talk to me? Why did Liam Payne's ex girlfriend want to talk to ME?
My hand shook as I reached out to grab the phone out of Liam's also shaking hand. I took a deep breath before putting the phone to my ear.
"Hello?" I asked nervously. Liam squeezed my free hand trying to reassure me. I gave him a thankful smile.
"Hi, this is Danielle, Liam's ex girlfriend!" Danielle said, strangely she sounded happy.
"Um, hi Danielle?" I said, although it sounded more like a question.
"You're probably wondering why I wanted to talk to you?"
"Yeah..."
"I just wanted to ask you a favor." I scrunched my eyes in confusion, causing Liam to put his arm around my shoulders and look at me with worry.
"I uh, what is it?" I asked. Danielle sighed.
"Take care of him okay? Treat him right. Don't leave him all alone. Please heal that beautiful broken boy I left behind. Can you do that for me?" She asked.
I turned to look at Liam's teary eyes. I gave h a smile smile and stroked his cheek as he looked at me questioningly.
"Yeah, I'll take care of him." I said, more to Liam than Danielle.
"Thank you... Um?"
"Stormy" I finished for her.
"Stormy." She repeated. "I should go, I'll see you around."
"Yeah, bye Danielle."
"Bye Stormy."

*Liam's POV*
She hung up the phone and looked at the floor for what seemed like hours to me.
"What did she say? Did she freak you out? I'm so sorry Storm I didn't think she would-"
"Liam!" She exclaimed, placing a hand on my chest. I held it closer with my own hand.
"Please don't leave." I asked her. She smiled at me and gathered my shirt in her hand.
"Never." She said. I smiled and engulfed her into a hug. I held her chin lightly, leading her mouth to my own for a kiss.

The next morning was a good one. I woke up to a sleeping Storm on my chest. She had a fistful of my shirt and wasn't about to let go. We had somehow fallen asleep on the living room floor, maybe a meter from the couch. So close.

I kissed her forehead, causing her to stir. I watched her turn her head up to face me and slowly open her gorgeous brown eyes.
"Good Morning Sunshine." I told her.
"Mmmm. Good morning." She smiled back sleepily before scooting up closer to peck me on the lips. Before she was able to turn away I softly grabbed her face to bring her in for an actual kiss.
I don't know how long we kissed, but I do know that my best mate sure knows how to be a mood killer.
"Well aren't you two getting cozy?" I heard Michael's voice as he chuckled. Storm and I broke apart and sat up awkwardly next to each other.
"Well don't stop on our account." Dani teased as she followed Michael into the living room.
Storm huffed and stood up. She straightened out her clothes before grabbing Dani's hand and practically dragging her into the bedroom down the hall.
I stood up myself and headed to the kitchen with Michael. Whatever the girls were talking about, I had a strong feeling I didn't want to know. I was smiling and humming happily to myself as I grabbed some Lucky Charms and a bowl.
"You really like this one don't you?" Michael asked. I smiled to myself as I thought of Storm. She made me happy, that's for certain! I liked her, yes. I knew that much.
But the hole that Danielle left was still a bit too big for her to fill. I didn't love Storm, but I sure as heck didn't want her to be with any other guy but me.
"Yeah, I like Storm. She's pretty cool." I said, my back still to him. Michael made his way over to me and pat my back.
"You know what I meant." He said. I put my spoon down and looked at my untouched cereal.
"I don't know what to do Mate." I whispered. "She makes me forget about the pain for a while... But eventually it all comes rushing back." I sat at the island and put my head in my hands. "I really like her, but I'm too scared to let myself love her." I confessed.
Michael opened his mouth to say something, but was interrupted by a loud and obnoxious "HEYOOOO!" That came from outside the kitchen.
Michael and I made our way into the living room to be greeted by a shocked Storm and a beaming Louis Tomlinson.
"Lou!" I exclaimed. We engulfed one another in a huge hug before he gave Mike a hug. Louis sat his bag down by the door and straightened up, looking at Storm.
"I'm guessing you're the famous Stormy?" He asked, smiling. He had a certain look in his eye when he looked at her.... OH THE HECK NO.
"You can call me Storm, and since when am I famous?" She laughed. Louis smiled and took her hand to place a kiss on her knuckles. I kid you not, I almost puked at the sight of it.

"Liam talked about you all the time on tour. Although he never mentioned how gorgeous you are." He looked at me and raised an eyebrow, then looked back at Storm who was blushing like a mad man. LOUIS YOU LITTLE...
"Aww thats so sweet Li!" Storm laughed. Louis finally let go of her hand, a flash of dislike or my nickname flashed across his face. He quickly turned it into a smile.
"Hey Storm, could I talk to you alone for a sec?" Louis asked her. SAY NO STORM. NO NO NO NO.
"Sure Louis!" She said happily. DARN YOU TOMLINSON. DON'T YOU DO IT.
