*Stormy's POV*

"I look like a dweeb." He whined. I laughed and shook my head.

"You do not. You look fantastic, Michael." He looked in the full length mirror again and scrunched his nose in disgust.

"I look like a weirdo."

"Do not."

"Do so!" He argued. I crossed my arms and huffed at him.

"Would you relax?" I asked from behind him. I walked around to his front and straightened his baby blue tie. "You look awesome. Dani is going to love it." I smiled at him, and he slightly smirked.

"I guess I'm just really nervous about the wedding." He admitted. I wrapped my arms around his shoulders and have him a tight hug. Once we let go, I smoothed down his jacket and looked him in the eye.

"Dani loves you, so much. She already said yes, so you have nothing else to worry about." Michael nodded his head and smiled again.

"Thank you, Stormy. For coming with me, I mean! For some reason Dani insisted that I go shopping with you and she go with Liam."

"It's no problem. And honestly, it's Dani we're talking about here! I don't even understand why she does what she does sometimes."

*Liam's POV*

"Okay, spill." I looked up from my phone and gave Dani a confused look.

"Spill what?"

"There's been something bothering you this whole time!" She said, sitting down next to me on the couch.

She still had on dress #3, which wasn't even close to perfect for her. She had insisted that I help her pick out the dress instead of Stormy. I came along, no questions asked. Now I'm wondering whether that was a good idea or not...

"Well..." I trailed, putting my phone back in my pocket.

"Liam!" She cried, grabbing my shirt sleeve and pulling on it. My best friend was such a child sometimes. .

"Okay, okay! Sheesh... I've been thinking about asking Stormy to be my date to the wedding."

A huge smile spread across Dani's face.

"Do it! Do it do it do it! Aww finally you're branching out to her!" Dani said excitedly. I just rolled my eyes at her.

"I said thinking. She probably doesn't even like me like that."

This time it was Dani's turn to roll her eyes.

"You, my friend, are clueless."

*Michael's POV*

TEXT FROM >Fiancé:)<

•He said he's 'thinking' about asking her. See if she would say yes! xx•

I looked over at Stormy in the seat next to me, who was constantly checking her phone for the next text from Liam. She was trying to be nonchalant, but it wasn't really working for her.

TEXT TO >Fiancé:)<

•Oh believe me, she'd say yes. xx•

A few seconds later...

TEXT FROM >Fiancé:)<

•Okay, I'll get him to ask her. Thanks Babe, love you lots!!:)<3•

I smiled at her simple, yet very meaningful words.

TEXT TO >Fiancé:)<

•No problem. I love you too Dani!:)•

I put my phone back in my pocket and started the car. The first few minutes held a comfortable silence, aside from the quiet hum of the rainy pattering against the windshield . That is until I missed the turn to take Stormy back to her apartment.

"Michael? You missed the turn?" She asked/said. I have her a smile.

"I know. You're not going home."

"Then where are we going?" She asked, slightly annoyed.

"You'll see." I replied.

This time there was anything BUT silence. Stormy was constantly asking questions and demanding answers, which she got none. She became eerily silent when we pulled into Liam's driveway. I parked the car and turned to her.

"Get out." Her eyes grew wide and her jaw dropped slightly.

"Wha- what?!" She asked.

"Get. Out." I said calmly, yet sternly. She gave me the look of a hurt puppy, and it took everything I had in me not to apologize.

Sorry Storm, but if I would've asked nicely, you would've laughed in my face. This is how it has to be.

"Fine!" Stormy shouted, getting out and slamming the door.

She ran up to the front door and pounded on it angrily. Once I saw Liam's head pike out, I backed out of the driveway and sped home.

Please let this work.

*Liam's POV*

"Stormy? What are you doing? Get in here!" I exclaimed, pulling her inside my home. She was soaked to the bone, poor girl.

"M-Michael dropped me off. I don't k-know why." She said, arms crossed and teeth chattering.

"Here, let's get you some dry clothes yeah?" I asked, putting my hand on her back and leading her to my room. I handed her a towel, along with a t-shirt and sweat pants.

"The bathroom's right here." I told her as I opened the door.

"Thanks." She smiled shyly. After she shut the door I immediately pulled out my phone and dialed Michael's number.

"Yyyyyyyyyyyellow?"

"MIKE! Dude, what the heck where you thinking, Leaving Stormy over here?!" I asked in an angry whisper, afraid Stormy would hear me. I heard him chuckle.

"Well, Dani thought you needed help asking her out, so this was her idea." I scratched my head in confusion.

"What was her idea?"

"Leave you two alone at the house with no car. Sorry man, but you're stuck." My eyes widened in realization. Dani had 'borrowed' my car to get home, and 'would have Michael return it later'. The Michael dropped Stormy off and drove away...

"Ahh crap." I muttered, rubbing my eyes.

"Come ON Liam. It can't be that bad." Michael said.

"You don't get it Michael, I seriously like this girl. I don't wanna screw it up." I confessed.

"Well then you should-"

I didn't get to hear the rest of Michael's sentence. I instantly hung up when I noticed Stormy had come out of the bathroom.

"How long have you been standing there?" I asked, silently panicking.

"I wasn't, I just now came out of the bathroom. Why?" She asked, her head tilting to the side.

"No reason. Hey, you wanna order pizza and watch some movies? I mean since we're stuck here..."

"That sounds wonderful Liam. Lets do it." She smiled.
