Dallas's POV.I ran out of my house in the distance I could see a car that had been pushed slightly off the road. I immediately race over to the accident. I recognize Kat's car, it's pushed off the road and it was flipped upside down. A crowd began to form around the cars. "Someone call 911!" I yell feeling myself panicking. I kneel down by the drivers side door of Katie's car. Her hair was covering her face as her seat belt kept her in place. "I'm so sorry Kat." I whisper reaching in and moving her hair. "This is all my fault." A tear slides down my face as I hear sirens in the distance.

I pace out in front of everybody with my head down.
"Dallas I'm sure she's going to be alright." Matthew (A.K.A Katie's father) says placing his hand on my shoulder.
"It's my fault. I shouldn't of let her walk out that door." I say.
Kyle barges into the room and his eyes meet mine. His panicking face turns into a glare and it finally dawns on me of what Katie meant she couldn't see me anymore. My worry was immediately replaced with anger as I walked over to him. As soon as I reach him I punch him hard in the jaw. "It's your fault." I say looking down at him with rage in my eyes. "If you hadn't told her that she couldn't be around me any more she wouldn't be in there!" I yell not being able to control my anger. "Your a asshole and an idiot!"
The doctor came out and I looked up to see a worried expression plastered on his face. He shakes his head. "She's in a coma. Her head had hit something during the accident. Other than that there's no serious damage." He says before turning around and walking fast down the hall.
I turn back to look at Kyle. "You know what, the next time I see you even go near her I will kill you." I say turning around and walking down the hall towards Katie's room.
I walk in to see her lying on the hospital bed a bandage on her forehead. I grab a chair and set it right next to her bed. As soon as I sat down I reached forward and grabbed her hand. "Kat I need you to wake up." I say feeling tears sting my eyes. "I need you to wake up so I can tell you something."
Katie's POV.
I look at my surroundings. I'm in the hallway at my high school as I realize it I quickly put my head down so nobody sees me. A group of girls were talking by the door. I walked silently, making sure not to make any eye contact with anyone.
Pulling my strap of my backpack up I ran into someone making me drop my skate board. I bent down and went to pick it up when a hand touched mine, ignoring it and picking up my skate board I finally looked at them. He had light blue eyes and brown hair that was messy."Sorry sweetheart. I didn't see your pretty face there." He apologized while scratching his neck.
"It's fine." I answered quickly pulling my gaze away from him.
A awkward silence swept over us until a loud familiar female voice yelled from the other side of the hallway. "Kat!"
I sighed as I heard my best friends voice. Natasha hugged me then grabbed my hand dragging me away from the scene. Natasha drug me into the cafeteria and we sat down at a table that was in the far right corner of the room. She smiled at me.
"Spill." I grinned.
~*~*~
I quickly turn my head around looking at the room.
"I guess were just meant to be together. Huh sweetheart."
I rolled my eyes as I realized it was Dallas. "You know I am going to have to get you back for putting me in detention."
