Chapter Twenty Seven.... Back to school

I shut my locker only to find a grinning Dallas leaning against the lockers.

"Hey Luv."

I smile at him. "Hey Parker."

He grabs my hand and pulls me towards the cafeteria. I see a couple people look at us than our hands. I duck my head a little feeling uncomfortable from all the people staring at us. 

"Let's just settle this." Dallas says turning around and pulling me into a kiss.

I'm surprised at first before kissing him back just as passionately. The kiss only lasted a few seconds but it was enough to give me butterflies in my stomach. He grabs my hand again and pulls me towards the cafeteria. I look to the side to see Kyle staring at me with wide eyes. I make eye contact with him and quickly pull away.

Dallas sits down in an empty seat next to Mike. I sit down in the spot next to him and he slings his arm over my shoulders. I look up from the table to see Natasha in front of me a smile plastered on her face. My cheeks turn a light pink and I turn to look across the room. Kyle is sitting next to a blonde whose talking to him. He's glaring at Dallas he turns and meets my gaze his eyes softening. Suddenly I feel really uncomfortable as he nods his head but doesn't look away from my eyes. I turn my gaze back to my friends focusing on what their talking about. My stomach stiffens a little as I have the feeling that Kyle is still watching me. I ignore it and nod my head in agreement to what Jared said. This day isn't going to go as planned.

I pull open my locker and a small note comes flying out, landing in front of my feet. I slid my book into my locker before bending down and picking it up. Unfolding the lined piece of paper I read what it says.

Meet me out in front of the school with Dallas. 

I crumple the note into a ball and shut my locker before walking up to a trash can and tossing the note into it. Dallas walks up to me.

"Ummm.... Do you want to come over... tonight?" I ask.

"Sure."

Dallas intertwines our fingers together as we walk down the hallway and I can't help but smile. As soon as he opens the glass door for my I feel a warm breeze rush into my face making my hair shift.I let go of Dallas's hand and walk out slowing down as I wait for him to catch up. We turn a corner to Find Kyle and a few other guys sitting on a picnic table. One of the guys look up from what their doing and spots us. He nudges Kyle and he looks up as soon as he sees me a grin finds its way on his face. I slow down as I feel like something bad is about to happen. 

Kyle gets up and walks over to us. "I'm glad you showed up."
