Chapter 8

Tsuna's P.O.V
"I bet Reborn is waiting for me at home, maybe I should run away" I said.
I sighed. I stopped walking when I saw a bunch of scary guys in suits in front of our house, they noticed us and I fell back.
"Welcome home, master Sawada Tsunayoshi" They greeted me, stepping aside.
"Huh?" I muttered.
"Go ahead" they said. I got up and ran inside as fast as I could without tripping. I slammed the door behind me.
"Welcome home, Tsu-kun. We have a guest" mom said, popping out of the kitchen.
"What?" I said, before walking up stairs.
"I never knew Reborn-kun had such a handsome friend" mom said, giggling. I reached our room and slammed the door open.
"Reborn! What did you do now?!" I said. I stopped when I saw some more of those guys in the house too.
"They're in the house too!" I said.
"We've been waiting, Tsuna" Reborn said.
"What is this?" I asked.
"Yo, head of the Vongola. I've come all the way from Italy to visit" someone said to me, his back was facing me. He turned around to reveal an admittedly handsome face with messy blonde hair and brown eyes.
"I'm the tenth-generation boss of the Chiavarone family. My name's Dino" He introduced.
"Chiavarone... as in mafia?" I asked, backing away. Dino-san looked at me sternly, before bursting out...laughing?
"This is no good" he said. He got up and walked towards me.
"You have no aura. You don't look daring. You have no drive, and there's no anticipation about you" Dino-san said, I got redder at every statement he made.
"You're legs are short too. You have no money and no power" Reborn joined.
"He looks unlucky, too. He has zero talent as a boss" Dino-san said.
"Yup" Reborn agreed. Everyone in the room burst out laughing. 'A complete stranger is making fun of me...' I thought.
"Reborn! Who are these guys?" I asked.
"Dino is you senior pupil" Reborn answered.
"A senior pupil?" I asked.
"I said a lot of harsh things, but don't take it badly, Vongola tenth. Before I met Reborn, I had no talent for being a boss" Dino-san said.
"Before meeting Reborn? Does that mean...?" I said.
"Before I came here, I was training Dino to become a mafia boss" Reborn said.
"Seriously?!" I yelled.
"Yes" a voice said. I turned to the door and saw Aki coming in.
"Oh, you're back, Aki" I said. She nodded, and turned to look at something behind me. I turned around and saw Dino-san staring expectantly at her, I sweat dropped.
"Hello, Dino-nii" she said, blankly like usual. Dino-san pouted. (I can see him doing that)
"Awww~ a 'Hello' is all I get? At least give me a hug, Tsubaki" He said, before jumping at her, and from the looks of it, hugging the life out of her, because she was paler than she usually was. I was just staring confusedly at them. 'Dino-nii? Why did she call him that? Why are they so close?'
Dino-san let her go, so she sat down on the floor next to me, and Dino-san continued whatever he was about to say before Aki came in.
"Anyway, Reborn's lessons were no easy tasks. There were many times I thought I'd die" Dino-san said.
*Flash Back*
"I don't get it!" A younger Dino said, shaking his and staring at his books. There were bombs attached to his chair. Reborn activated them.
"Ahhhhh!"

A giant bear roared at Dino, who was helplessly swinging his whip around. It hit, but It didn't hurt. The bear merely stared down at him with a sweat drop.
*End Of Flash Back*
'I have to go through that, too?' I thought.
Tsubaki's P.O.V
"Thanks to Reborn, I'm now a boss I charge of 5,000 families. The truth is, I wanted to learn a lot more from Reborn, But he said he had to go to you, and he took Tsubaki with him, so I saw her off" Dino-nii said. 'You're just glad he left you alone' I thought 'But I'm stuck with him because he's my god-father and legal guardian since father had no time to take care of me, and the Nono denied letting me come live in Japan, in fear of me getting kidnaped again' I thought, sighing.
"Um... I have no interest in becoming a mafia boss whatsoever. I don't mind if you take Reborn with you" Onii-san said
"Just like Reborn says. You're exactly like I used to be" Dino-nii laughed.
"Huh?"
"I had no interest in taking the seat of the boss. There's no good guys in the mafia, after all" Dino-nii said.
"No...but I..."
"Reborn is definitely great. But if you say you'll never do it..." Dino-nii said, reaching for something in his jacket. Onii-san looks scared 'He probably thinks it's a gun or something'
Onii-san fell backwards. Dino-nii pulled out a small green tortoise named Enzo.
"I'll bite!" Dino-nii said, with a close eyed grin.
"A-a turtle" Onii-san said.
"That's rude, boss" Romario said.
"His name is Enzo. When I asked Reborn for Leon, he gave me this guy instead" Dino-nii said.
"Leon is my partner, after all" Reborn said.
"What's with these people?" Onii-san asked.
I, on the other hand, was gushing at Enzo. Dino-nii noticed and he laughed.
"Hahaha, here you go Tsubaki" Dino-nii said, handing me Enzo.
"You're still so cute, Enzo" I said, petting Enzo. A small pink dusted Enzo's cheeks.
"The broccoli monster is scary" I-pin said, bursting into the room with Lambo following close behind.
"At a time like this!" Onii-san said. Lambo tripped and the grenades he was holding flew out the window.
"Stupid!" Onii-san yelled at him.
"This is bad. Dino's subordinates are waiting outside" Reborn said. Dino-nii jumped out of the window and used his whip the throw the grenades in the air. The grenades exploded and everyone was unharmed.
"He's so cool" Onii-san said.
"Do you understand? A boss is someone who puts his life on the line for his subordinates" Reborn said.
"Don't just try to connect everything together!"
"Dino, you're staying here tonight. I've already gotten permission from Mama" Reborn said.
"What?"
"I don't mind, but what about these guys?" Dino-nii said.
"Your subordinates can return"
"Okay then, I might as well start lecturing the Vongola tenth" Dino-nii said.

-Dinner-
"Everyone, eat up" mother said.
"Thank you!"
I sat at the dinner table between Onii-san and Dino-nii. I'm wearing a black baggy long-sleeved shirt and white shorts, with my hair pulled into a loose bun.
"It's so good" Dino-nii said.
"Is there anything you want to ask me, cute younger pupil?" Dino-nii asked.
"I'll give you advice as senior pupil" he said.
"Oh..." Onii-san looked away. I was eating my dinner quietly 'Mukuro?' I called 'Yes?' he answered 'When are you going to start your plan?' I asked him. He hesitated 'In a few weeks. Ken and Chikusa will be there as well. I have also made arrangements for M.M., Birds and the Bloody Twins to break out of Vendicare Prison' he said 'But, Mukuro, you'll be taken back to Vendicare' I said, worried 'That's only if my plan doesn't work' he said 'Mukuro... Please try not to hurt my brother... that badly' I begged him 'Kufufu~ I'll see what I can do'
"But why did you come here anyway, Reborn? It seemed like you were doing better with Dino-san" Onii-san said snapping out of my conversation with Mukuro.
"The Vongola Family is the center of the Family alliances. It is prioritized over all other Families" I said.
"Huh? The Vongola Family is that great?" Onii-san asked.
"Oh my, Dino-kun, you've spilled so much" mother said.
"Whoa, he's making a bigger mess than Lambo!" Onii-san said. Dino-nii looked down to the table in embarrassment seeing the mess he made.
"If Dino doesn't have his subordinates by him, he's useless" Reborn said.
"Huh?"
"He's the type of person that can't use his power unless it's for the family" Reborn said.
"Without his subordinates his reflexes decrease greatly as well" I said.
"What is that? Is that the ultimate Boss predisposition?" Onii-san asked.
"Again with that Reborn, Tsubaki. You believe me, right, Tsuna? I usually eat with a fork and knife, so I just can't use chopsticks well" Dino-nii said.
"Oh yeah, that's right"
"Lambo-san ate it all!" Lambo said, proudly.
"Lambo-kun, do you want to take a bath too?" mother asked him.
"Lambo-san will take one!" Lambo said, jumping off his chair.
"The tub isn't filled yet!" mother said, but Lambo was already gone. A few seconds later we heard Lambo scream from the bathroom.
"Lambo!"
"What is it?!" Dino-nii asked as he stood up, but he immediately trips over his foot and landed flat on his face making Onii-san sweat drop.
"D-Dino-san, are you alright?" Onii-san asked.
"Oww ow...I tripped over my foot" Dino-nii muttered from the floor.
"Huh?"
"Same as usual" Reborn said.
"Seriously?!" Onii-san's jaw dropped.
"What about Lambo?" Onii-san asked.
Me, Onii-san, Reborn, I-pin and Dino-nii go to the bathroom to see Lambo on the verge of crying inside the bathtub.
"Lambo, don't get in the bath with your clothes on" Onii-san said. Suddenly, Lambo was lifted up, and there was a giant green turtle under him. It roared at us.
"A turtle?!" Onii-san screamed, horrified.
"Ugh, when did Enzo get away?" Dino-nii said.
"That's the turtle from before?!" Onii-san said.
"Enzo is a special sponge-type turtle that grows when he takes in water" I said.
"At its biggest it could eat a whole house" Reborn said.
"What the hell?!" Onii-san shouted. Onii-san screeched in horror as Enzo started chomping the tub.
"Leave to I-pin" I-pin said (Remember, I-pin speaks broken Japanese). She hit Enzo with Gyoza Fist. Enzo roared at us and continued.
"I-pin's Gyoza Fist didn't work!"
"Turtles can hold their breath for a long time, after all" Reborn said.
"Stay back. If I can't take care of my own pet, it's a disgrace onto the Chiavarone Family" Dino-nii said, taking out his whip and standing in front of us.
"Calm down, Enzo!" Dino-nii yelled.
But being a klutz, he swinged his whip back, instead of forward and hit Onii-san across the face, while I ducked.
"Owowow!" Onii-san said, holding his face, and falling to his knees.
"Sorry, I missed" Dino-nii said turning back around.
"Now you understand that Dino is practically useless without his subordinates" Reborn said.
"I can't believe Dino-san would be like that" Onii-san said. Enzo started walking out of the tub.
"The bath!"
"It can't be helped. It's Leon's turn now" Reborn said. Leon jumped on Onii-san's face and changed into Romario.
"Romario, I thought you left" Dino-nii said turning to Onii-san.
"Huh?"
"Idiot! Get down and leave this to me" Dino-nii said. He stepped forward and swinged his whip, perfectly tying Enzo's feet. I sighed.
"Dino-san really is cool" Onii-san said.

Dino-nii was drying off Enzo.
"Sorry Enzo" Dino-nii said. Enzo shrunk back to his normal size.
I grabbed Enzo and started hugging him (Ya know, with flowers in the back ground and stuff). Everyone sweat dropped.
"Well, at least she's acting her age..." Dino-nii muttered.

-Next Morning-
"We're leaving!" Onii-san shouted. We ran out but stopped as Dino-nii's subordinates crowded around the road.
"Buon giorno, Vongola tenth, Tsubaki-san" Romario greeted.
"Boun giorno" I greeted.
"Hello, if it's about Dino-san..."
"Why are you guys here?" Dino-nii asked.
"I didn't ask for a pick-up" He said.
"No one's here to pick you up, boss. We just happened to end up here after we wandered around" Romario said.
"From the hotel in front of the station, eh?" Dino-nii said, sighing.
"Good morning, Jyuudaime!" Gokudera said.
"Gokudera-kun?"
"I woke up early, and as I wandered around, I just happened to end up here" Gokudera said. I scoffed.
"Tsuna-san! When I was wandering around, I ended up here too! I'm so lucky to see you in the morning!" Haru said. I stared blankly.
"'Morning!" Yamamoto-san said.
"Hey! What are you guys doing here?"
"Oh my! What a surprise!" I said in mock surprise, my facial expression clearly said 'I knew it'
"Hey, Hurricane Bomb, this is the first time we meet" Dino-nii said to Gokudera.
"You're..." Gokudera said, before noticing Dino-nii's tattoo.
"Bucking Horse Dino!" Gokudera said, narrowing his eyes.
"Look, we're to be late for school, so let's go" Onii-san said, grabbing Gokudera's arm.
"Okay..." Yamamoto-san said.
"Haru will come part of the way with you!" Haru said running after them. 'Wait...'
"Late?!" I said, before running to school.

I ran past Onii-san and his friends. 'I don't like being late! Hibari-senpai will be mad if I'm late!'
Then a red car drove past me and turned a corner. A little while after the car pasted me, I saw Gokudera and Yamamoto-san running towards me. Gokudera ran past me while Yamamoto-san stopped and grabbed my wrist.
"Huh?"
"Come on! We have to go help Tsuna!" He said. He started running and dragged me along, he was running so fast I think I was floating.
"What?"
We arrived at the Momokyokai hideout and Gokudera kicked the door open. Gokudera and Yamamoto-san started to interrogate them as I waited outside the door.
"Why am I here again?" I said to myself. I heard footsteps and readied some knives. When they turned the corner I threw the knives and pinned them to the wall.
"Oh, it was just you" I said, seeing Onii-san and Dino-nii. They had their hands up and their eyes were closed shut. They cracked open one eye to see me. They sighed in relief and I removed my knives.
"Where are those two?" Dino-nii asked. I pointed towards the door. Dino-nii and Onii-san opened the door, only to stare dumbfounded at the scene.
"Can't you tell us?" Yamamoto-san said, shaking a guy who was knocked out.
"Spit it out, damnit! Where's Jyuudaime?!" Gokudera yelled, holding a guy by the collar. The room was a complete mess.
"They've beaten them?!" Onii-san said. Gokudera noticed us and threw away the guy he was holding.
"Jyuudaime! You're alright!" he said.
"You seem well" Yamamoto-san said.
"Uh, yeah"
"These guys really are something" Dino-nii said.
"Yeah" Onii-san agreed. The other door burst open, revealing another group of 'tougher' looking yakuza.
"What the hell are you brats doing?" the boss said.
"You've insulted us" one of them said.
"They look so strong!" Onii-san said. Dino-nii stood protectively in front of me.
"They just keep coming" Gokudera said.
"Wait. They're at a different level from the other ones. These guys are still too tough for you" Dino-nii said.
"What?"
"It's my fault this happened" Dino-nii said and took out a gold card.
"I'll pay for all the medical and furnishing expenses, so let's leave it at this" Dino-nii tried to negotiate.
"Don't be a dumbass. We'll take the money, and maybe even that little cutie there as a prize, after we beat you brats up" the boss said, grinning. Dino-nii's eyebrow twitched.
"Not a chance. I am not handing my cute little sister over! Get ready!" Dino-nii yelled and swinged his whip, only it to hit Gokudera first, Yamamoto-san second, I ducked, and himself last. They crouched on the floor in pain.
"What the hell are you doing?!" Gokudera shouted.
"Owww" Yamamoto-san groaned. The Yakuza started laughing.
"What the hell was that? Don't take us lightly" the boss said, walking towards Onii-san.
"No way! Help!" Onii-san said, backing away.
Bullets were shot at Onii-san, making him fall to the ground. A bright orange flame flickered to life on his forehead.
"Reborn! I'll beat them with my dying will!!!" Onii-san shouted, his hands grew larger.
"W-what's with those hands?" Onii-san started beating them up.
"Tsuna's doing pretty good" Dino-nii said.
"Bastard!" some of them tried attacking Onii-san from behind.
"Jyuudaime!" Gokudera yelled, drop kicking one of them.
"Tsuna!" Yamamoto-san yelled, hitting another one of them with his elbow. I did nothing but watch.
"What a boring fight..." I muttered. They stood at the center, back to back.
"Are you all right, Jyuudaime?" Gokudera said.
"We'll watch your back" Yamamoto-san said.
"Got it!" Onii-san said.
"Those guys..." Dino-nii said.
"We can't lose either, Boss" Romario said, appearing at the door.
"You guys"
"What are you doing here all by yourself?" Romario asked.
"Shut up" Dino-nii said, standing up and pulling out his whip.
"Okay. Let's go crazy!"

-How The Situation At School Went-
Tsuna's P.O.V
"Gomen'nasai! Gomen'nasai! Gomen'nasai! Gomen'nasai! Gomen'nasai!" Aki bowed repeatedly at Hibari-san.
Eventually he forgave us for being late, but asked for something in return.
"W-what do you want in return, Hibari-senpai?" Aki stuttered.
"I'll think about it later" he replied, and proceeded to drag her off to the Reception room.
'Without her I would be dead by now' I thought grateful to her.

Tsubaki's P.O.V
"I understand now, I can leave Tsuna to you guys" Dino-nii said to Yamamoto-san and Gokudera.
"Wait don't say things like that" Onii-san said.
"I don't need you to tell me that. I'll always protect, and be Jyuudaime's right hand man" Gokudera said, with a confident smile.
"Well, it's good that you weren't hurt" Yamamoto-san said.
"Gokudera-kun, Yamamoto"
"Then, I'll be leaving" Dino-nii said, standing up.
"Already?" I asked, giving him the best puppy dog eyes I could manage. Every boy in the room blushed.
"U-um, sorry, Tsubaki, you know I'm busy with my work as Boss" Dino-nii said. I pouted.
Not even a minute after Dino-nii left the room with Onii-san, we heard a loud crash. I sprang up from my spot and ran to the stairs, I looked down to see they had fallen with Dino-nii on his back and Onii-san on top of him.
Unfortunately for me, Lambo ran after me but tripped and a grenade fell out of his hair. It exploded behind me, forcing me to jump down for cover. And as gravity would have it, I fell on top of them. But I seemingly had bad luck today, because my lips collided with Onii-san's and he was also accidently squeezing my breasts.
My life got so messed up, to lose my first kiss to my own brother.
