"You" I mumbled gently, Belle took a step back and her face filled up with confusion "me?" She questioned, I sighed and nodded. I owed it to her, I owed her an explanation "your arm and leg was me" I said quietly as I pointed to the long, deep scratch scars that lined her left leg and arm. She examined them carefully "and I um... I also turned you" I said so quietly I don't even know whether or not she heard me. Her head shot up and I took that as a sign that she had heard me. I felt a tear run down my cheek "Lena, are you okay? Why are you crying?" She asked taking a few steps towards me, I frowned "I never wanted to hurt anyone, you especially" I said quickly. She was at my side by the time I finished "we've met before?" She questioned. I couldn't explain all of this to her, it was a risk just telling her that I was the one who turned her. I shook my head "I can't tell you" I mumbled, she shrugged "I guess I'll find out eventually, right?" She offered, I shrugged and nodded. Belle never pressed me for answers even when I was younger and she knew me, I guess she knew that there was a time for everything and that I would speak up eventually. I smiled "come on" she said before grabbing my hand and started leading me towards the door "where are we going?" I questioned, she let out a small childish giggle "town" she stated in a 'duh' tone. I immediately stopped in the doorway and slipped my hand out of her grasp "no Belle" I said automatically, she frowned and turned to me. I watched as she crossed her arms "your in control of your wolf, your no longer a threat to the town. You deserve to be there just as much as everyone else" Belle snapped, I stood there in shock. Even though she didn't remember me she was still sticking up for me. I gave her a harsh nod before tearing into my wolf form. A small gasp escaped her throat and she backed away slightly, I must have taken her by surprise "it's okay Belle, I can turn at will" I stated quickly, she jumped back slightly "your a wolf, you should be able to understand me" I told her and she calmed down slightly and nodded her head. I followed close by her until we reached the edge of the forest and I could clearly see the town square from where we were standing "you okay Lena?" Belle asked, I flinched at her calling me that name. I gave her a swift nod before following her into town. Belle headed straight in the direction of Golds shop, I shuddered at the thought of what may happen is The Dark One finds out that I'm wandering around town, with Belle and in my wolf form. He will surely have my head on a stick for just being with Belle. We stood outside the shop for a split second before Belle opened the door and walked in, I hesitated at first but I soon followed. I heard footsteps coming towards us "Belle" said Stiltskin with a hint of relief in his tone but the moment he saw me his expression changed "You" he practically growled. He took a few steps towards me "how dare you have the nerve to step foot back in this town and put everyone in danger again" he snapped, I've had enough of this shit. I growled before tearing out of my wolf and back to my human self "watch it Stiltskin" I snapped back. My phasing took him by surprise and he took a step back "you can control it again?" He questioned, I smirked and nodded. He scowled "if you think that our relationship can go back to how it used to be before all this, you are terribly mistaken dearie" he hissed, I shrugged. Can't say I didn't expect that, I didn't expect Rumple to accept me back into the family the moment I could control my phasing again. "Relationship? What relationship?" I heard Belle perk up from behind me, I watched as Stiltskins face fell. I watched as he opened and closed his mouth frantically trying to find the words to explained, I smirked and figured I would have some fun with him. I crossed my arms and shifted my weight onto my left foot "should I tell her or shall you... Dad" I said with a smirk, he shot me a scowl. I turned to look at Belle who was standing there in shot "her memories Stiltskin" I demanded facing him once again, he let out a chuckle "I removed her memories to protect her" he pressed, I frowned. Was he really going to keep pulling the 'I'm trying to protect her' card? Belle was soon standing next to us "to protect me Rumple? What if it wasn't Lena who attacked me?" She offered, I automatically frowned. Rumple on the other hand chuckled "I see you held up on your end" he played, I stiffened slightly and nodded "I did" I mumbled softly. I saw the confusion only growing on Belle's face "her end of what?" She asked, I frowned "I made a deal so that I could go to Ruby and Zelena's wedding without getting lectured by The Dark One" I explained swiftly. Rumple chuckled "she agreed to stay in the shadows, stay hidden and agreed not to speak to anyone. On the rare occasion if she was seen by you she would not tell you who she truly was" he explained before I had a chance too. Belle studied me carefully before turning back to Rumple "if you think that I care that she lied to me because of a deal, I don't" she snapped, I flinched at her tone. I couldn't help but smile, she was sticking up for me. I turned to Rumple "her memories" I growled, he let out a sigh in defeat. He took Belles hand in his own before using his spare hand and having it swiftly in front of her. I watched as the purple glow of magic slowly sparkled from his hand, when it faded Belle took a step back. She looked and her gaze ended on me, I watched as a small frown crossed her face. I took a step back, I was the one who attacked her that night. She will never see me the same again. I felt tears start to form in my eyes and she took a step towards me, I felt her soft hand gently drift across my cheek before tucking a strand of my hair behind my ear. She let out a small sigh "I don't remember anything" her words sent the tears flowing freely down my cheeks. She was about to wipe them away when I stepped away from her and towards Stiltskin. I let out a fierce growl "why didn't it work!?" I snapped, Rumple stood firm and simply shrugged "I don't know" he snapped back. I growled and turned back to Belle, my eyes flashed a deep gold and she fell back slightly. I jumped as she gripped onto the counter for support "Belle!" Gold gasped out in a worried tone before rushing to her side, she steadied herself "I'm fine Rumple, I just..." She trailed off as her gaze landed on mine "Rosie!" She gasped out, right there I broke. She ran towards me and wrapped me in her embrace, I felt tears run furiously down my cheeks. I gripped her top as I clung to her "mom?" I choked out, I refused to let her go. She pulled back slightly and looked at me "your hairs longer" she joked playfully as she wiped the tears from my cheeks. I laughed "I know, it's awful" I played back. I turned to Rumple who was staring at us with a frown on his face "I understand that your never going to trust me again" I mumbled, he shrugged and walked towards us "it's just something I'll have to deal with" he grumbled. He came to a stop before making eye contact with me "welcome back, Rosalinda" he said before walking to the back of his shop. Belle smiled at me "I have to go home and change, are you coming?" She offered, I smiled but shook my head "with my new found freedom? I'm going to Granny's" I said playfully. She laughed before we parted ways. I walked to Granny's, I stood at the door for a brief moment before walking inside. All eyes landed on me "what are you doing here Rosie?" I heard Ruby speak, I looked up at the woman who was standing on the other side of the room. I frowned "Gold let me back in town" I stated, she didn't respond. She turned away from me and went back to work, I walked further into the diner and up to Granny. The woman took one look at me with a smile on her face and wrapped me into a hug "welcome back Rose" she said, I smiled and returned her hug. I pulled away and took a seat on one of the bar stools. I heard the bell ring on the door and was curious to see who it was, I turned round and came face to face with a boy with brown hair. My heart automatically turned to putty as my wolf started going crazy.
