Dahlia's Fate

Chapter 7

"So why'd you get all happy when I said lets ditch school Dahlia?"

"Because, Nosy Kyler, I do not like school at all."

"Nosy?"

"Yes Nosy!" I said tapping his nose.He slapped my hand away and Daemon sniggered. "Shut up Daemon!!!" I looked in my review mirror and gave him a death glare, he stopped instantly.

"God Lia, don't kill my boyfriend with you glares!" Charlotte complained to me.

"Well then he should control his stupid laughter!!"

Kyler laughed and said, "calm down Lia."

"Don't you tell me what do Pierce!"

"Fine Vang!" He yelled back a little agngry,  I pulled into the movies theater parking lot.

"We're here." I mumbled a little angry. I turned the car off, unbuckled, got out, and locked the doors.

"Oh come on Lia, don't be mad, we're at the movies." Charlotte said trying to cheer me up and she added. "Annndd we're ditching school." I smiled at the thought of that. "There's that beautiful smile. Four tickets to 'Dusk' please." She said when we we're at the ticket booth.

"Arn't you suppost to be in school right now?"

"Arn't YOU supposed to have a life by now?!" I snapped at the 50 year old woman. She looked hurt but I didn't care, she could mind her own damn buisness. She didn't say anything so I gave her the go on look, she looked confused so I sighed and said, "price?"

"Urmm, right. Actully go on, have a good day." She said giving Charlotte the tickets. I sickered and walked towards the door to meet the boys, with Charlotte still hooked on my arm.

"You could've been a little nice to her you know, you hurt her feelings." I smiled when she said the lats part.

"And she could've minded her buissness." I said just as sweetly.

"So what are we watching? 'Return of the Mummy 4'?" Daemon said exitededly.

"No, 'Dusk.'" I mummbled agrily. Kyler and Daemon groaned when I did.

"Oh come on guys it's good! And Dahlia don't pretend you don't like vampires."

"I do, but I hate 'Dusk' It's sooo...unrealastic."

"Just as unrealaistic as vampires you think of?"

"THOSE vampires are real, you just havn't met one!"

"And you have?"

"Yes, Pierce, right here is one." I said pointing at him.

"I am not a vampire Lia! And my name's Kyler, Kie-ler! DON'T call me Pierce!"

"DON'T tell me what to do!"

"CALM down guys!"

"SHUT up Daemon!" Me and Kyler said at the same time. I looked at Kyler and stuck out my tongue. We started walkling towards the 'Dusk' door. We took our seats. Dameon on Charlottes right, my on her left and Kyler on my right. The previews were starting and I said to Kyler "Wake me up when it's over kay Ky?"

"Wake you up? Ky?"

"Yes wake me up! I'm going to sleep. And yes  Ky, if  I can't call you Pierce then I'm calling you Ky." he laughed and shook his head.

"Okay Flower." He said and I smiled.

"Cute. 'night" I leaned on his shoulder, which was surprizingly cold, even through his jacket, maybe he really was sick. I fell asleep with a smile on my face. It felt like I slept for about five minoutes until Ky woke me up, I sleepily looked at the screen and the credits were scolling up.

"I can't believe you slept threw thaat whole thing without waking up." He said in disbelief.

"I could sleep threw a tornado." I said then help at my hands up. "Carry me." He gave me the 'are you serious' look. 

"She's serious, if you don't carry her, she'll stay here until you do carry her." Charlotte knows me so well.

"Dude she made me carry her." Hehe yeah I was to lazy to get up from the couch to the kitchen so I made Daemon pick me up and carry me to the kitchen. Ky laughed and picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. I smiled in victory. I took out my keys and gave them to Charlotte.

"Charrrr." I said whining, "I don't wannna drivvee!!" She laughed and took the keys and gave them to Daemon she doesn't trust herself with my car. I sucked in a deep breath and held it, waiting for Charlotte to take the keys back. I don't know why she's so scared of wrecking my car, she's a better driver than me, and that's saying something.

"What's she doing?" Kyler said with worry in his voice.

"She' going to hold her breath until I drive." She said rolling her eyes.

"Umm is that safe for her?"

"I dunno, she's passed outt before."

"Oh, well can you get the keys her face is turning from pale to red."

"No! Do you know how expensive her car is?!"

"Oh come on Babe, take the keys, I wanna see you drive Dahlia's car." Daemon put the keys in her hand but she dropped them Daemon sighed, picked up the keys and Charlotte and ran to my car. I started feeling a little dizzy so I held my head.

"Just breath," Ky wispered to me, I shook my head. He shook his head and sighed. Daemon pulled open the car door and sat in the driver's seat Char on top of him Ky put me in the back seat and got in the car beside me. Daemon started the car and sat on his hands. I held my head tighter... it felt like it was going to burst! "Breath dammit!" I shook my head and smiled at Ky. 

"I'm not letting go, till we're at Lia's house, Dahlia's holding onto her head for dear life, Ky's holding her, and I'm sitting on my hands, I'm giving you ten seconds then I going to press the gas. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2...." Then he put on a develish grin on. "1" and slamed on the brakes. Charlotte screamed and grabbed the stearing wheel and started driving. I smiled and let out my breath then took a deep breath and let it out again and started breathing normally. I grabbed onto Ky scared I might get hurt. Usually it would take about 20 minoutes to get to my house from the movies, but we got there in about 5 minoutes.

When Daemon turned off the car Charlotte turned around and angrily screamed "Are you happy?!?!' 

"Why yes, yes I am thank you very much for asking" I replied back with a nice smile. We stared at each other for awhile then busted out laughing. I let go of Ky and got out of the car. I strechted then did a cartwheel but landed on my ass. "Oww." I said pouting. Everybody laughed and walked in my house, leaving me on my ass, in the grass, outside, all alone.
