Chapter 20

"Wake up Dahlia!!"

"Shut up! She looks cute when she's sleeping."

"Ugh! Go away!" I mumbled at the familiar voices.

"Oh-pp your awake now." I groaned and look at Drake.

"You suck." He made a face at my little comment.

"Nah, I'm straight." I laughed in his face.

"Okay." I said a little to sarcastic and he narrowed his eyes at me.

"So I'm guessing you know about your little family's secret?" I nodded, confused.

"I wouldn't call it little, she's been in the dark for 16 years now." I looked at Adam who spoke up from the far corner.

"What are you?" I aksed, narrowing my eyes at him.

"A vampire."

"Of course" I mutted, which Ash chuckled at. "You too I'm guessing?"

He nodded, "well half vampire, half witch."

"Mhmm and your eyes are your powers?" He nodded again and I looked over at Drake and Blake.

"Same." They said in melody at the same time, and I sighed.

"Powers?" I asked, looking down.

"I have a green thumb," I looked up at Blake. "Well not litteraly, but-"

"Let me see your thumb!" I yelled a little to excited when I grabbed his hand, but saw no green thumb. I frowned when the other hand didn't have a green thumb either. He yanked his hand back.

"Not litteraly!" He yelled in my face.

"Rawr, someone's grumpy." I wispered, I then looked at Drake, "and you?"

He sighed, "Me and Adam have no powers." I started laughing at them, but stoped when Adam growled at me, and I stuck my tongue out to him.

"Nice, so I'm guessing not every vampire has powers?" Drake shook his head.

"They do, just some vampires can't trigger their powers." I nodded, trying not to laugh at how rediculous this sound.

At this point Ash wouldn't turn away from me so I glared at him and he held his hands up as truce. "Your taking this better than any other normal person would." Then looked away.

"Well for one, I'm not anywhere near a normal person and two, I guess, deep down that I knew what was going on, and when I heard it all, it really doesn't surprise me." He nodded, but I could see that he really didn't understand, and to be honest, niether did I.

Drake looked up, "your daughter's crying." I eyed him.

"How do you know?"

"Well your fading, which means your waking up and also I can hear her." I looked at myself and saw that I was actually fadeing, and noticed I barley had any clothes on, which I groaned at.

"Crap I forgot what I was wearing. Well see you guys when I fall asleep again. Peace!" As I said this, I opened my eyes and found I was in my room again. I tried to get up but Kyler's arm around me got tighter.

"Stay here." He wispered, I laughed and turned to face him.

"Hmmm, stay here in your arms, or go and try to comfort my daughter." I pretended to think about this for awhile. "I'm gonna have to pass up this offer of staying in your arms babe." He growled and I laughed, but he only pulled me closer and I sighed. "How about this, you let me go, let me get Kodda, then I'll come back to you?" After awhile he sighed and let me go. I got up but only to get pulled back down and get kissed passionatly, which I returned.
