The Month Before

CHRIS POV

Today's June 4th. One month away from the wedding. We decided to have it at Josh's back garden since it's pretty spacious and because I'm close with the Washingtons.
Invites were sent out yesterday. Only close family and friends were invited.

Ashley told me she chose Sam as her Maid of Honour. I picked Josh to be my best man. I still haven't told him yet. However, I plan on doing that today.

Josh's house was nearby so I walked and enjoyed the weather while I could. I reached his door and knocked in a way Josh would know it was me. He slowly opens the door and peeks his head out.
"Oh hi Cochise!" He said with a growing smile.
"Hey Josh! Mind if I come in."
Josh opened the door wider to let me in. We both sat down in the living room.
"So I have an important question to ask you Josh."
"You want me to marry you? What would Ashley say about that?" Josh remarked in a flattered voice.
"What? No! Bro, will you be my Best Man?" I asked.
Josh's smirk turned into a huge grin.
"Of course I will Cochise! Anything for my bro."
Josh gave me the typical bro hug.

I ended up staying at Josh's place until it was dark out. Ashley scolded me once I got home.

MATT POV

So Mike and I agreed to invite everyone on our road trip around America. Seems like a good idea for another reunion. Maybe this could count as Chris and Ash's honeymoon.
I invited everyone through our group chat.

Matt: Hey guys! Me and Mike were planning on going on a road trip around the USA on July 10th. We will travel in an RV. It's pretty big, so there's a bunk for everyone. Message back if you're interested.

Jess: Oh I am so gonna drag Em onto this trip.

Chris: Well that's our honeymoon sorted.

Josh: Roadtrip! Can we order pizza?

Sam: Count me in.

Everyone was going. My parents let me borrow their RV. It's got a small kitchen, dining table, sofa, bathroom, a few bunks and a built in flatscreen TV. There's also wifi. Not long until it's going to happen.

SAM POV

I've been visiting Josh almost everyday, making sure he's getting the support he should have got a long time ago. He's gotten a lot more stable. Josh has also gotten a hell of a lot more affectionate. It's pretty embarrassing when Josh just starts making out with you in front of your parents. I try to make sure I got to his place instead of mine. He's usually on his own at home since his parents don't come home that often, so I have sleepovers at his place pretty often. Lately, it's been too often. You could pretty much say I live there now.

Josh told me he was going to be Chris's Best Man. He felt really proud that he would be able to be there for his best friend.

When I went over to Josh's house today, we had an awkward situation.

"Uhh Sam?"
"What's up?"
"Could you teach me... How to dance." Josh said embarrassed.
"You don't know?"
"I know how to dance on my own. Just not with others." He mumbled.
I played a romantic song and walked over to Josh. I put his hands on my hips and my hands around his shoulders. 
"Ill teach you. Just follow my steps and look at me."
We started slow at first. Josh kept stepping on my toes, which he apologised profusely for. He started joking around for a little while. Then he became serious about it. It was the perfect moment.

Just me and him, slow dancing to a beautiful song. The mood was perfect. We gazed in each other's eyes for long moments before we started moving closer towards each other.  
We shared a long but warm kiss before things started getting heated.

Josh started stripping and I copied him.

It was our first time together.
