"What the hell were you thinking!" Jensen yelled, throwing me to the wall. I grunted as I went through the wall.
"Jensen stop!" Aurora yelled, trying to pull him back. Jensen picked me up by my shirt.
"What the fuck was going on in your head, Parker?! Huh! You could have gotten yourself killed!" He yelled, spit flying onto my face. I tore off Jensen's hands and straightened my shirt out.
"You really want to know what I was thinking? I was thinking that this would be the day I finally die! I thought I'd make it seem like I wanted to live by fighting back. I'd die fighting to 'protect my territory'," I said, putting air quotes around 'protect my territory'. I stared daggers at Jensen challenging him to say something else.
"Just don't do something reckless like that again," he said. Aurora slapped Jensen's chest. She came over to me and put a hand on my shoulder. I was taller than her.
"What he means to say," she shot Jensen a glare, "is that he almost lost you today. He wouldn't be able to live with himself if something happened to you." Aurora was the only other person that cares for me.
"No he doesn't. He doesn't care about me at all. He just didn't want to lose a pack member. One of his warriors," I sneered. Jensen could care less what happened to me. He just want me for my skills. They aren't that great but I'm still skilled.
"Of course he does. Tell him Jensen," Aurora said, looking at him. Jensen didn't even look up. I gave a humorless chuckle.
"And that right there just proves that I'm nothing to you. Your own flesh and blood and you still don't care. You care more about an omega than you do me." I walked out of his office.
I stomped my way into my room and shut the door. I went to my drums and picked up my sticks. I started pounding a random beat. This was one way I could get out some anger. The other way was to go out for a run. I'll be doing that later. I could also play the guitar but not when I'm angry.
I just kept drumming and drumming. There was a knock on my door but I didn't bother to pay any attention. The door opened and Carter walked in.
"What's up?" He asked, knowing I would be able to hear him. I stopped drumming.
"I'm guessing you heard what happened?" I asked.
"Yeah. Aurora told me what happened. She told me I should come and talk to you," he said. I just shrugged.
"I don't really want to talk about it." I started to drum lightly again.
"Cut the shit, Parker," Carter growled. I eyed him. Carter knows I can easily beat him. I am the son of an alpha. I have some alpha blood in me.
"You don't tell me what to do. I told you I don't want to fucking talk about it," I growled back. Eli didn't like when someone, who wasn't my alpha or family, to tell us what to do. He really hated it.
"Parker, come on. You need someone to talk to about it. I know you have suicide thoughts. I know you have these problems. If you just let me help you."
I could feel Eli trying to take control now. I growled, letting Carter know that Eli was trying to take control.
"Mind your fucking business," I growled.
"I've had enough of this, Parker. You're going to tell me everything. We're going to sit in this goddamn room all night, until you tell me," Carter said.
Eli took control.Eli:
I grabbed Carter's shirt and pulled him to my face.
"Drop it. Just fucking drop it," I yelled. Carter wasn't going to show he was scared. But I could smell a little bit of it.
I guess he decided to fight back. Carter pushed me off of him and went to punch me. I ducked quickly and punched him in his side.
"You couldn't just drop it?" I yelled. Carter's eyes were black. His wolf was now with us.
"No I couldn't. We care about you two," Jagger said. I rolled my eyes and punched him right in the jaw. I heard a crack and Jagger went stumbling backwards. I smirked. Jagger knew he shouldn't have messed with me. I'm stronger than him.
I started walking out of my room and then I was tackled by Jagger. He turned me over and started to punch my face. I threw him off of me and started punching his face. He couldn't get me off of him. I kept punching and punching. I couldn't stop. All I saw was red.
I was being pulled off of him by someone. I started fighting against whoever it was.
"Eli! That's enough!" Jensen yelled in his alpha tone. I had to obey. I moved Jensen off of me and looked down at Carter. His face was bleeding everywhere. His left eye was swollen shut and his mouth was busted open.
"Get into my office. Now!" Jensen roared. I ignored him and went outside. I wasn't having his shit right now.I shifted into my wolf form and took off running. I didn't bother to stop when I heard people chasing me.
'Eli. Stop!' Someone yelled, through the mind link. I ignored him. I didn't feel like listening to them. It wasn't Jensen. I'll do whatever I want. I kept running until I reached the end of the border. I saw rogues standing there. One had his arms open as if he were welcoming me in. I looked back at the wolves still running towards me.
"Just come with me. You'll be treated equally. You'll be treated like the prince you are," the rogue said. I still wasn't sure.
"Eli, don't!" I heard Jensen yell.
'Just do it' Parker said. I let out a frustrated growl. Parker wanted me to go across and be a rogue. I kind of wanted to do that but at the same time I didn't.
"Come on, Eli. We'll be your new family. You can be our prince," the rogue said. My pack was getting closer and closer. I was running out of time to choose.
If I cross that border line, I just might not come back. I shifted back into my human form.
"If any one of you dare lay a hand on me, I will personally rip you to shreds," I said. They bowed their heads in respect. That wasn't something I was used to.
"Come, Prince Eli," the rogue said. I nodded once, shifted, and crossed the border.
