Peeta's pov:

"Come on Peet, just one more shot." A slightly drunk Finnick say. I take a long sip of my beer and shakes my head no. I'm already feeling to tipsy because of all the other Tequila shots. The music is blazing throug the speakers and is so loud, that you need to scream everytime you want to say something. There is drunk people everywhere! In the bar drinking all kinds of shots, on the dance floor dancing like there's no tomorrow, and of course couples, making out in every corner. I get a glimt of Gale, one of my other friends, dancing with a slutty girl. You can see that he's death drunk, because of the weird way that he moves. It's actually really funny to look at. I feel a tap on my shoulder, so I turn my attention to the person. Finnick is sitting there, holding up two shot glasses filled with Whiskey.

"Come on, just one more?" He say. I let out a deep sigh and look at him tiredly.

"Just one more and then we can go home, right?" I ask him.

"Yes we can go home, but please just take one." He begs. I roll my eyes and takes one of the shots out off his hand. We toast with each other and drinks it in no time. I can immediately feel the burning sensation, as the liquor runs down my throat.

"WOWW. That was a good one. Come on. Lets find the others." Finn say as he takes my arm and pulls me forward the dance floor.

"Best bachelorette party EVER!! We will see you two at the wedding. Bye!" My older brother Bran say, as he steps into the back sit of the taxi. My oldest brother, Rye gives me a drunkly hug.

"I can't belive that my baby brother is going to get married tomorrow. I remember it like yesterday, when you ask me to sleep in your bed, because you where afraid of monsters. Where have does days gone. Why can't you keep being that little boy forever? Why? Please tell me WHY!!" He starts to sob into my shoulder. Rye has always been the sensitive type, but he gets extra sensitive when he's drunk. Compared to Bran, who has always been the 'cool, party all night' type. I chuckles at his silliness.

"Aww Rye. I will always be that little boy to you." He stops crying and look at me with a smile.

"Promise?" He snuffles. I nod. "Promise." I answer. He gets into the same taxi as Bran, and they drives off. I stand still for a moment, thinking about what Rye said, when two arms wrap around my shoulders. Finnick is standing on my right side with a bottle of champagne in his other hand, and Gale is standing on my left side and is desperately trying to stand straight. I'm not as tall as them, so I puts my arms around each of there waist, trying to prevent them from falling.

We begin to walk down the streets of District 12. Just us three friends. Me, Finnick and Gale have been best friends for as long as I can remember. Me and Finn are cousins, so we've known each other always. We met Gale in kindergarden and he instantly became our friend. So since then, we've been like the three musketeers. We are there for each other through thick and thin. We help each other if some of us have problems. We are brothers from other mothers. We get to the out part of the District, the seam. Gale lives here in a small house, all alone. I feel really bad for him sometimes. It most be lonely to live alone.

"Ok..ay, here we...a.re. Do you guys wa..nt to..have a last drink before getting h..ome?" He ask, while trying to find the right key to the house.

"No thank, I think we need to get home and sleep now." I lie. We won't get to sleep any time soon.

"Okay. I..'ll s.see you guy..s later t..hen." Gale say and stumble inside his house. Me and Finn start to walk forward my parents mansion, which is right down the street. We begin to sing "Hey brother" by Avicii, as loud as we can. But we have to stop, when a old woman yell at us to shut the hell up or else, she will call the police.

"I can't belive that you soon will be a married man." Finnick say out of the blue. I look at him with a frown and doesn't say anything in reply. I don't know what to say. That I can't belive it too? That everything will still be the same? I don't want to think like that right now. I just want to have a girl and wedding plans free night. Finnick sees my discomfort, so he pats my back and we starts to talk about the old days instead.

"It looks like you had a good bachelorette party." My mom say, when we walk inside the house. She's standing on the stairs with her arms crossed, with her usual nightgown on and her hair is sat up in a messy bun. I guess we woke her.

"Hey aunty Lily. Yes, he sure had a good party. I mean, you should have seen him drinking those shots. It was just so..AMAZING!." Finnick say drunkly. He has definitely drunk too much tonight.

"Yes, thank you Finnick. Peeta, don't you think that you should get some sleep. Remember that it is your wedding day tomorrow, so I don't want you to not have rested.." I interrupt her.

"Mom, we're just going to take one last drink. I'll go to bed right after that okay!?" I say a little annoyed that she still treat me like a baby. She sighs.

"Alright, but please be a little quiet. Your dad is going to a very important meeting later today, so he need his sleep."

"Yes, mom." I say. She smile and go up the stair to her and dad's bedroom. I lay a hand on Finn's shoulder and push him forward the living room. He sits down on the couch, while I go to my dad's mini bar, to find a drink for us.

"Hmm. What drink would you like? We have whiskey, gin and tonic, martiny, I can make you a bloody Mary if you want." I say, with my head buried in the alcohol cabinet.

"I think I'll just take a whiskey. Hey Peet, you got a letter!" He excites. I chuckle at him. Typically Finnick. He must always look in other people's stuff. I find two whiskey glass, puts ice cubes in them, and fill the glasses up with the whiskey. I take one glass in each of my hand and walk toward Finnick. I can see that he is busy looking through our mail. I put the two glasses on the coffee table and is just about to sit down in an armchair, which stands on the other side of the table, when Finnick says.

"Do you have something to eat? I'm starving." I roll my eyes and go to the kitchen. I open the fridge and see that there's some leftover fried chicken. Mmhh. I take it and place it on a plate along with some other things like, sausages, ham and cookies. I walk to the living room again and sits the plate in front of Finnick. He smiles happily and digs right in. I sit down, takes a cookie, and read on some of the mail we have received. Most are for my dad, but Finnick is right. One of them is for me. I look at the stemple in the corner of the envelope. It reads The Capitol. Hmm.

"What do you think it reads?" Finn asks. I shrugs.

"Maybe just a early 'congratulation with the wedding' card." he nods and takes the envelope out of my hand.

"May I read it?" I mutters a sure and takes another cookie. Me and Delly will read plenty of those tomorrow, so one less is better.

"Umm Peet?" He say unsure.

"Yeah?"

"This is not a 'congratulation with the wedding' card. It's from a hospital in The Capitol." My eyes widen. What? A hospital? He most be joking with me. I start to laugh and play along.

"And why would a hospital in The Capitol send me a letter?" I ask him with a smile. Finnick looks at me seriously.

"They want a blood sample from you."My smile disappeare. He's not joking. Memorys of that trip flows into my mind. It may well be that I'm drunk, but my mind is clear enough to capture what is happening right now.

"No. I don't belive you." But inside, I know that he's not lying to me. He gives me the letter and points to the two words.

Blood sample.
