Picture of Talen above ;)

I start climbing down the tree. I jump and land right in front of the man I just saved, he looks shocked.

"Thank you." He smiles.

Woahh! Boy is he hot. I can practically feel my body melting.

"Here." I pull out a knife and cut his hands free.

He rubs his wrists. He stares at my face. Looking at my nose, mouth, hair, cheek bones, jawline, then back to my eyes.

He grabs my knife from my hand pushes my against the tree trunk. Holding the knife to my throat.

"The hell?" I croak out.

He pushes my shoulder into the tree.

"Dumb girl." He laughs. "Can't even tell the difference between a stranger and a man she went to war with."

I shot the wrong man. Perfect.

I see a man come into view from behind the guy holding a knife to my throat. He limps, using a stick as a cane.

That's the man who shot Marks. Then I shot him. I smile to myself.

"Talen who is that?"

"The pretty one you and your army of retards couldn't get." He smiles at me.

"We got her...she just got away..."

Talen turns to look at the man. "What happened!"

"She happened!" He points at me. "She shot me."

"Your lucky I missed." I smile sarcastically.

"Idiot." Talen mumbles. "Don't try anything." He drops the knife from my throat and grabs my arms and puts the above my head.

Kick him in groan! Wait. Wait for the perfect moment.

He reaches into his pocket and pulls out hand cuffs. He cuffs my wrists.

I bite my lip. Don't bash his beautiful face in yet Kenna. Wait.

My hands drop to my thighs, cuffed.

"Here." The General hands Talen rope.

My mouth opens and my bottom jaw moves to the side, irritated, as he puts rope around the links in the hand cuffs. Tying a complicated knot at the end.

He pulls the other end of the rope, leading me like a dog.

"Come on sweetheart."

I try so hard not to trip him and break his nose.

I walk closer so I'm at his heels. The rope sagging.

Talen whispering to the General.

I reach my cuffed hands to my belt. Making sure the rope wasn't being pulled to alert Talen.

I grab my gun from my belt. Pointing it at Talen head.
