*Five Years Later*
"Daddy play me another song!""Sammie I've played you four whole songs."
Our beautiful five year old daughter Samantha glared up at Michael with her huge blue eyes. He played the guitar for her everyday and she wouldn't go a day without it.
Samantha has the bluest eyes and long brown hair. She has a fairly light complexion thanks to Michael. She loves music and she's definitely a daddy's girl. The other boys adore her and she absolutely loves them. Calum is definitely her favorite, but she loves them all. Her favorite thing to do is go to her daddy's concerts. She knows every word to every song. There is no place in the world I would rather be either than watching my husband sing to thousands of people while standing next to my little girl.
"Mommy are you ready yet? I want to go watch Daddy!" Sammie said standing at the door. "Give me one more minute." I yelled down the stairs. I glanced at myself in the mirror. I cut my long dark hair off to my shoulders. I cut it and died it a year ago but I'll never not miss my long blonde hair. I had on holy jeans, black converse, and a white t shirt that had 'Mrs. Clifford' written on back in black letters. I walked down stairs to see Sammie sitting in front of the door. She had on black jean shorts with a white t shirt that said 'Michael's little girl' on the back, and black converse the same as mine. We hopped into my jeep and we were off to see our favorite band.
"She's kinda hot tho!" Sammie screamed from the wings of the huge stage. "My little family's here to watch me today!" Michael chuckled. "Sammie you wanna come say hi?" Michael said looking over at her. Her eyes got huge and just turned around and looked up at me reaching up for me. I through her on my hip and walked on to the stage. The crowd screamed at the sight of Samantha. They have always seemed to love her. I got halfway to Michael and set her down. She ran to him reaching up for him. He swung her around and gently placed her on his hip. "And there's my wife Lyric." He said to the crowd. I stood next to Calum and he put his arm around me and I waved to the crowd. "I like your shirts!" Ash said and Sammie's head whipped around as soon as he heard his voice. "Do you want us to play a song for you Sam?" Luke asked. Michael sat her down and she can to Luke as he bent down next to her. She whispered something in his ear. "Amnesia?" He said into the microphone. The crowd went wild and Sam just nodded up to him. "We're gonna do something a little different." Calum said sitting on the edge of the stage hanging his feet off as the rest of the boy joined. "Come on Lyric." Michael said motioning me next to him. "We're gonna need you guys to help us out on this on." Luke said starting the song. "I drove by all the places we use to hang out getting wasted." All the boys sang together. Then the whole crowd instantly joined in and I did too. Samantha stared up at Michael and sang a long with them. Every single person there was singing. There was no instruments. No guitar no drums just voices. The crowd had there lights out and we just sang.
And in that moment there was nothing to worry about. I knew that these five people were the only people I needed. That Michael and Lyric made my whole life worth living and that without Calum, Luke, and Ashton our life wouldn't be complete. I was blessed to be apart of 5 Seconds of Summer's journey. This is how I want to leave the rest of my life and that's exactly what I'll do.
The End.
I want to say a massive thank you to anyone that's read this whole story. I know it's not that good, but I loved writing it! Again thank you. Much love for all of you! ~sec
