ok so lemme just get to it

so ofc there was the recent Paris attacks that killed over 100 people and it was like all over everywhere and there was even a really popular hashtag for it (#prayforparis)

ok so you might already be thinking why would someone wanna rant about Paris attacks?

well yes I knO its really bad and sad that a lot of people got killed like that yes it really is

but in my country (Nigeria) attacks like these are VERY frequent and the Paris attacks took place in the month of November.

about 130 people died in this Paris attack

in Nigeria (please take ur ass 2 *https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_Boko_Haram_insurgency*) at least 10,000 people have lost their lives 2 boko haram, an Islamic terrorist group that began its stuff in 2010.

like I have said, these types of attacks are SO frequent here like its so unreal

and all we get is a one day media coverage on cnn or something

the only attack by boko haram that was really publicized is the one where they kidnapped over 200 girls JUST BECAUSE THEY WENT TO SCHOOL and yeah that one got SERIOUS coverage like ppl like Michelle Obama, Justin timber lake and even OUR QUEEN BEYONCÉ talked about it

it was really good awareness ngl but still

wat I'm trying tu say is that people should care about *african* countries as much as they care about *european* countries

like srsly were over here in Nigeria and there's a new terrorist attack like EVERY FUCKING DAY and people don't even do shit and then 1/10 of what we get happens in Paris *not saying it's bad or anything* and then everyone goes crazy creating hashtags and YouTube even changed their logo for it like FTW

I hope u vibe wit me and understand we're I'm getting at cus this shit really really riles me up cus its so fucking annoying
