instagram vogue accounts (*)

ayy

so on Instagram there's like the "vogue" accounts

they post like pretty aesthetics I guess ( I have added a screenshot of a really popular vogue account)

ok so what annoys me about these vogue accounts is that they only post pictures of skinny, white girls

like wth

this account has over 100 thousand followers and they don't think they should make the stuff they post more rounded

like one day why can't I see a black, curvy girl

or a curvy Asian person

or an Indian (im sorry idk what racial category Indians fall into)

or someother poc

I mean young girls r gonna follow this type of account and feel obligated to look like that

and then soon, the inferiority complex kicks in

the young girl (poc) starts feeling uncomfortable in her skin

she begins crying everyday, starving her self even tho she knows she wanna eat

she's Googling prices of "skin whitening" lotions

she's just all round depressed

bc of what she sees on Instagram
