Chelsea POV
"Chels" my dad shouted
"Yea dad" I answer
"I know you were drinking on Christmas and I know your probably gonna drink today I just need you to promise me that you will stop after if not for me then for yourself" he asked
"What's your big issue with me drinking like seriously dad please tell me" I begged
"Fine your mum was an alcoholic that's how she fell off the chasm I don't want you turning into her and meeting the same fate I'm just looking out for you" he snaps
"Dad I'm not like my mum trust me" I reassure him "anyway were ready so let's go" I smile he smiles back and we head to the party Eric is there waiting for me we talk and dance until the countdown
"5...4...3...2...1...HAPPY NEW YEAR" the whole of dauntless shout me and Eric kiss along with other couples I pull back and smile
"God I love you Chels" I wrap my arms round his neck while his circle round my waist
"I love you too Eric" he smiles and we dance away the night
