Mia's POV

It's been a little while, almost three weeks now. I'm used to my surroundings and have grown accustomed to the school by now. It's finally Friday, and Christmas is on Monday.

I started to walk to school, but first stopped by TJ's spot. He wasn't there, but was inside the coffee stop, buying something. I chuckled at how accomplished TJ looked from purchasing two hot chocolates and a cookie. He came out and spotted me.

"Look, I got enough money to switch it around today from our regular routine!" he said eagerly.

I smiled, "Thanks, buddy."

A comfortable silence filled the air until TJ piped up, "So, Vernon..."

I gave him a death glare. Vernon and his friends have only been asshats to Seungkwan and I. TJ knows about all this; he's basically my human diary. "What about him?" I questioned.

"Well yesterday I saw him. At a graveyard."

"Hm. I wonder what that's about," I lied. I did not care at all.

Finally, I headed to school where I spotted Seungkwan. I rushed over to him, not wanting to be seen by anyone, but bumped into DK.

"Hey," he flashed a huge grin.

"Hey, sorry about that."

I lowkey have a crush on DK. There, I said it.

"I just was going to ask you something," he rubbed the back of his neck, "Well I know you and S. Coups aren't the bestest of friends, but he invited me to a huge Christmas party for tomorrow... so do you like want to come with me...as a date?"

I was taken back. DK, a super cute kid, asking me out on a date.... to a party hosted by someone I despise? Tough situation. But his nervous smile stole my yes right out of my mouth.

"Sure. I'd really like that."

He laughed joyfully, "Great!! Um, the theme is Christmas sweaters so.. yeah."

I gave him my number and headed to Seungkwan.

"Hey-yo"

I jumped, "Dude guess what happened to me!! DK ASKED ME OUT!"

"I've never seen this side of you, Mia. Usually you're like 'I hate everything and everyone'. But now you're like... this."

I ignored his comment, "Yeah he invited me to S. Coups' party thing but it's alright because nobody will care if I'm there with DK, he's just generally known here and--"

Seungkwan nearly choked on his own breath, "Wait hold UP! S. Coups' crowd like, hates you."

"I'm not going to let them get in the way of me getting with DK, he's cute as hell," I laughed and bit my lip.

Seungkwan rolled his eyes, "You do you. But I'm taking you for an outfit."

I laughed and we got ready for the final school day until break.

Besides glares I received from teachers and students, nothing eventful happened in school. When I saw DK, he was talking to Woozi, so I met him. He's a little scary, yet somehow such a cutie. He started to harmonize with DK, and I literally just died right there.

As I left school, I searched for Seungkwan to go shopping for an "ugly sweater". I saw him talking to a girl and just backed away into the girl's bathroom because I didn't want to fuck anything up for him. As I entered the bathroom, I spotted the three bitches of the school; Gwen, Nicole, and Celia. They saw me and rolled their eyes; I did the same. As I was leaving, I heard Nicole mutter, "Poor bitch."
