Ouuuu! This is the longest chapter I've ever written so far! I hope you enjoy this chapter as I do for all of the others! Bye!

"Kaneki?! Touka-chan?!"
'How are they here?'

I shook them both and checked their pulses.
'Good they still seem to be breathing.'
Soon after shaking them, they seemed to stir slightly.

"Guys? Are you ok?" I asked before their eyes opened.

"Maaaan. Where am I?" Kaneki asked sleepily, rubbing sleep and grass from his eyes and face.

Touka looked up at me and she seemed unfazed. Like she didn't care that we could see each other again.
I know she OBVIOUSLY has a crush on me -I mean who wouldn't? Women love me!- she just won't be honest with herself

She elbowed Kaneki in the ribs to get his attention and it seemed to work because he hissed in pain and glared at her in return.
She didn't seem bothered one bit. She just gestured towards me with the hand she wasn't leaning on.

After that Kaneki looked up and wow you should have seen his face! Priceless! It was a mixture of shock, relief and happines. God I missed seeing the different faces he makes!

"Hey, Kaneki, Touka-chan!" I said waving at them both

"Jeez... How many times have I told you to just call me 'Touka' not 'chan or san'! It's irritating as hell!" She stated, sighing and looking too the side. "Ugh it's too bright"

"Haha! Still the same as ever huh?"
I laughed

"What's that supposed to mean?" She said glaring at me

"Nothing, nothing!" I nervously laughed. "You're always miserable" I mumbled.

"Did you say something?" She asked

"Um no! Nothing at all! You must be hearing things" I said, laughing nervously.

Kaneki still hadn't said anything so I looked over at him to see what he was doing only to find him sitting there with his bottom lip quivering and tears threatening to fall.

When I was about to ask him why he was crying he threw his arms over my shoulders causing us to fall backwards so he was lying on top of me and hid his head in my neck probably to hide his face so I couldn't see him crying.

I saw Touka looking very uncomfortable like she didn't like what was happening.

'Poor thing probably wants me all to herself! Heh'

"Wow you actually look bothered by something for once! That's different indeed! Are you jealous or something Touka-cha-- Touka?" I chuckled and tilted my head to the side.

"N-no! Of course not" She stuttered, turning away from us so that we couldn't see her blushing.
'Cute'

~time skip~

After Kaneki stopped sobbing down my neck and Touka and I stopped arguing about whether she was jealous or not, we went to Anteikune. (A new coffee shop that was recently built around the corner from my house)

I ordered a vanilla latte (my favourite drink ever!) while Touka and Kaneki both ordered black coffee (they're both obsessed with it since that's all they could swallow without bringing it back up) and we sat at a booth by the window.

"Sooooo..." I said, trying to bring up a conversation.
"Since you're both here... Does that mean you... Ya know- die?' I hesitantly asked sipping some of my latte to clear my throat.

"Um yeah. We kinda-" Kaneki cut off and looked over at Touka. It was like he was looking at her to see if he had permission to say what he wanted to.
She nodded in return and he looked back over to me and cleared his throat.
"W-we committed s-suicide" he slowly said and covered his face.

"Why! What happened?!" I yelped and jumped out of my chair, attracting a lot of attention from other customers and some people passing by the window we were at.

I smiled shyly and quietly apologised to everyone in the shop before sitting back down.

I started whispering so the others couldn't hear our conversation.

"Why did you do that?" I questioned, picking my mug up again.

"Um well... I kinda... couldn't live without you and I missed you so much," he said shyly, looking sideways out of the window and scratched his cheeck in embarrassment, "so I jumped off a cliff"
I looked at him wide eyed and my jaw dropped in shock. "Wow I can't believe you'd that.

"B-but my promise came true!" He stated.

"Promise? What promise?" I asked

"Oh, yeah. When you died, I promised you we would see each other again in the next life. And it seemed to happen."

"Wow that's so cool!" I squealed in delight.
"Oh! Yeah! Sorry Touka I almost forgot about you!" Kaneki and I said in unison.

"Yeah, sure. Almost," she sighed and seemed disappointed that we left her out, "by the way, what year is it? We haven't looked at a clock or tv since before we died and we don't have phones.
We left them back at Anteiku before we went to the cliff. We were in such a rush and it wasn't the time to be thinking about phones." She said, taking a huge breath after saying such a long sentence.

"Ummm. It's January 1st, 2116. Oh it's New Year's Day! I didn't notice!"

"Omg! It's been exactly 100 years since we died! We died on New Year's Day in 2016!" Kaneki and Touka screeched.

~time skip again bc I'm too lazy to write more. Oops!~

We ended up being in Anteikune for over 4 hours! We didn't know we were there for so long. Time just  went so fast while we were talking!

The waitresses/waiters and owner didn't seem happy because we didn't buy anything else and we were just sitting around for so long. So, they politely asked us to leave so that more customers who were actually buying stuff could sit down.
'That was awkward as hell! Everyone was watching in curiosity' I thought.

We decided to carry on talking at my home so we could catch up on a lot of things. And I mean a lot.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! Hope this year will be amazing for everyone and you all have lots and lots more fun in 2016 than you did in 2015! Ily!
