Is it safe?

New Years Eve - Part 1

Today is the last day of the year, this year was amazing but I think a new year is needed so we can all start afresh. Everyone woke up pretty early today so we can all get stuff done.

So far the house has been cleaned and we are all going to go out and buy our outfit for tonight's party and go get our nails done, I'm so excited.

We had been walking around forever and my feet seem to hurt so far we have visited at least 7 dress shops but I still couldn't find a dress which was perfect for me and we were starting to get late for our nails appointment so decided on coming back to pick something out.

As we arrived into the nail salon and lady which was in her late 20's came over to me and took me to her little work station, I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted done and she nodded approvingly

"So anything planned for tonight?" the lady tried small talk since it was getting a little awkward in this silence.

"Urm yeah me and some friends are getting together for the countdown then I guess party after that any for you?" I replied

"Oh you know the usual family members come over and we go to central London, spend time with everyone and then after the countdown start the partying just like everybody else" she replied wow her plans seemed nicer than mine, I have always wanted to go to Central London to see the fireworks but never got the chance to go with anyone in particular.

"So have you picked your dress yet?" the lady asked me

"No I have been having a hard time trying to find the perfect dress but can't seem to take any into my fancy, my finds over there have picked but I can't seem to find anything" I replied with a little bit of disappointment wrapped in my voice.

"Aww love don't worry ill recommend something for you ok, I used to get stuck when it came to dresses all the time until a friend recommended this boutique it should help a lot ok?" she just saved my life

"Yes that would be fantastic thank you so much" I replied with enthusiasm in my voice

After the my session had been done I was so impressed with my nails I couldn't help but admire them so much, I went to the front and paid the lady and waited for the others to be done in the meantime the nice lady who did my nails came up to me with a piece of paper on which she handed to me I read the paper to see CelebBoutique written along with the address and I had never been as happy as I was now I immediately gave the lady a hug.

"Thank you thank you thank you so much this means a lot to me" I couldn't help but hug the lady she may have saved my dying hope for a dress this year.

"It's ok Hun but don't forget that you will always find the perfect dress" the lady mothered me and I took every sentence in.

By now the girls had been done too so we decided to leave the salon and quickly go get a dress for me but not before giving a smile to the lady as she waved us off.

Here I was standing in front of the dress that had called my name since the very beginning and I knew this was the one, as I tried it on I stood in front of the others to hear lots of approval from my entourage by now Katie had decided to join us as well as her sister Emily, I stood there looking at my reflection in the mirror and started admiring myself I felt beautiful after a very very long time
