Nathan's POV...

when are the boys coming back im so bored its ok they wil be back in a couple of hours right i can do this

*10 minutes later*

Nope this is going to be harder than I thought.

Jay's POV...

It is now currently 5.00 PM, I have been practising like crazy and i want to go home already

I couldn't concentrate all day, especially during practise, but I can't tell Nathan anything, come to think of it I can't tell anyone I promised I wouldn't.

*Flashback*

Currently all of us were resting after a full hour of full hard core dancing, because Nathan didn't come in Nadia joined us as well as Stephanie, I hadn't seen her in a long time, Nadia and Katie were figuring out the rest of the routine whilst everyone was talking about anything but I was lost in my own thoughts, so I decided to text Nathan and tell him we need to talk. What Dionne told him that left him so confused and I just wanted to make sure he is certain about his decision of staying way from everyone. 10 minutes later Nadia laid down on the floor panting probably because she was tired I know I was but then my eyes trailed to her arm and widened, her sleeves had been raised slightly but enough for me to see what was there, on her arm was multiple lines and a case of word printed on her arm, Worthless, idiot, waste of space, fat, ugly and one more word but I couldn't see it properly because there was multiple lines going across it. I opened my mouth to call Nadia but Katie beat me to it.

Katie's POV...

I watched as Jay sat there staring at Nadia, hmm wonder why he is staring at her like that, I followed his trail of sight only to find it land on Nadia's arm, oh no he doesn't know and he just saw it. Why is Nadia so careless sometimes?

"Hey Nadia Ryan is calling you" I tried to send her away so I can speak to Jay.

"Why? I didn't do anything wrong did I" She questioned.

"I don't know I guess he needs something hurry up go" I urged Nadia to go

And with that Nadia dragged herself off of the floor and lugged her way out of the classroom but with each move Jay watched her like a hawk.

"Hey Jay can I speak to you please?" No answer

"Jay?"

He slowly nodded and followed me outside of the door but never said a word.

Once we were outside of the door I gave Jay a hug because I saw his eyes slowly start to water up and instantly he hugged me back and I felt so safe in his arms like I was meant to be here but I couldn't be here forever so I had to pull away.

"I know you saw the marks on her wrist Jay, that's why you're crying but you have to promise me you won't tell anybody please, no one not a soul not even the others please?" I begged him, Nadia doesn't need to know what that Jay knows.

"I promise Katie but why did she do it, I mean why not talk to anybody why did she inflict so much pain on herself?" Jay questioned.

I opened my mouth to answer Jay when a choking voice cried out.

"I'll tell you" My eyes widened as I saw Nadia teary eyed standing there, she took a couple of steps to meet up to where we were and held my hand, like I was there for reassurance

"It started 2 years ago..." and we went back down to memory lane, a very painful lane.

-------- After a very long time----------

Jay's POV...

Nadia went through all of that, she went through so much and by the end all four of us were in tears, when I say four I mean Ryan too, he came in the middle of the story and realised what we were talking about and just silently listened and throughout the some parts of the story glared at the floor. I was so hit by Nadia's story I instantly pulled her into a long hug and stroked her hair as she silently cried into my shoulder.

"I promise Nadia I won't tell a soul, I promise you" I repeated to show her that I meant what I said.

"Thank you Jay" She spoke out from my shoulder.

We pulled away and awkwardly stared in every direction, after what felt like forever Ryan spoke up.

"Well I guess it's time for you guys to go and for us too"

I didn't say anything I just nodded and went into the class to grab my things, how was I going to hide this from everyone?

Here you guys go another update sorry it took so long I wasn't feeling well but hope you enjoy it ad what do you guys think Nadia told Jay that he started crying? hmmm guess you guys will have to find out later on anyways hope everyone is good so yeah next update should be good oh and yeah sorry the recent updates weren't exactly the best but I will try harder I promise
