"Morning sleepy head didn't think you'd wake up any time sooner." I turned to see John standing in a corner just starring at me. "What are you doing in here? How did I even get in here?" He came walking towards me. "As you can probably see, I'm here to make sure you were ok and no one would disturb you. I carried you in here after you fainted from loss and lack of blood. Oh that reminds me......here drink up." He handed me a glass filled with blood. "T-thank y-you." I was embarrass first fainting in front of this man now stuttering, what else could go wrong. "Oh and also I cleaned your back up more to stop some of the bleeding, might I say you have a very good figure." He chuckled, guess I spoke too soon. "Wait how long was I asleep?" "Mmm...about three days. Why?" I jumped out of bed now realizing I was not dressed. This is the worst day of my life. Thankfully he was a gentleman and turned around. "Mistress is going to lay me out in the sun now. Oh my gosh, why didn't you wake me up sooner?" I quickly slipped on some clothes while his back was to me. "Calm down. I informed Merna that you were to be by my side as my slave until I say so. She was fine with it as long as I punished you if you didn't do as I said. Simple enough your safe."

I sighed with relief but went back to shock, "Wait! I'm your slave now???"

"Yes you are for right now until I say you can go back to them. We will be leaving for my castle tomorrow so I suggest you go pack my bags to make them think you've been working this whole time." I was taken back, I finally get to leave though its only temporary it's still a little bit of freedom. "Thank you Thank you Sir!!" I was too excited that I didn't realized I was hugging him. Oddly enough he didn't push me away, rather hold me in place. I tried to break free but he kept holding me. He loosened a little so I was facing him, "Your more than welcome." He gave me a kind smile, and finally let go. "I'll go pack your bags Master." He was frowning now, "Ell, you will not call me Master, or Sir. You will call me John." I was shocked, all upper class vampires do not wish their names to be said by the lower class. I just nodded to avoid saying his name. "I'm sorry I can't hear nods so what was that?" He smirked at me, "Yes J-Jonh." He nodded in approval.

I had to admit I was rather scared, so I took off running to his room. Once I got there I noticed John sitting on his bed, as if he's been there for a while. "What took you so long?" He asked playfully. "How did you get here do fast?" He looked at me amused, "Darling since I drink real human blood I'm rather fast. Substitutes make vampires slower." I had a little smile on my face, but kept my head down hopping he wouldn't see. "I will start packing your bag now."

While I was packing his bag Christine came in. She was flirting with him like no tomorrow. "Hi John. I'm sad you have to leave, and it's such a shame that you have to take that lazy maid with you." Christine was batting her eye lashes smiling sweetly. John shifted a little looking uncomfortable. "Yes it is sad I'm leaving all well." She walked towards him and was touching his arm. "Promise me you will come back." "Aaww I will be back in and out of town, you know traveling." "Great, here's a little something to remember me by." She leaned over and kissed him. It was quite awkward, so I left to give them some privacy. Deep down I just wanted to pull her off.

"Ell wait. You are not done packing the bags." I sighed and kept my head down. Christine pulled my arm and whispered in my ear, "I'm so happy your leaving." I have to admit it kind of stung but I'm just too happy that I'm leaving. Once she left I turned to John. He playfully said, "you are terrible you know that. Leave me to be kissed by that horrible girl." He was trying to keep a serious but couldn't help but smile. "My apologies sir but you looked like you were quite enjoying it." I was smiling now. He was frowning though, "oh that hurts I might just need to punish you." I was scared now I didn't mean to a fend him. "Ella come here and stand right in front of me." I was shaking a little but did as told. He unexpectedly kissed me. He kissed me? Once we broke away I asked, "why did you do that?" "That was your punishment my dear. Now go finish packing." I was still in shock. That was a punishment?
